It's a pleasure doing business with a company that aims to please their customers! The return policy is awesome. And it all worked out in my favor with me having to do nothing but accept which route I wanted to go. Thats cool and i never had to leave my house!
There is another review on here that says my exact sentiments. I put one item in my basket and then clicked "pay for order with pay-pal". Then the company slips in the shipping charges BEFORE you can see it. My item was less than $5 and I will not pay $5.99 in shipping for it. I could purchase online with Walmart (a simple cell phone charger cord) and have the item shipped for about the same total price. And with Walmart you can talk to a human being about your order. I will not buy from this company again. I was screaming at live chat "I want a human being". The response was "I am a human being". (At first you get an automated chatter). I could not believe it because their ability to understand the situation was very limited. I did get my shipping charge credited back. But, I must have spent 30 minutes on a project of getting $5.99 returned. AND, most importantly, please be aware, they do NOT show their shipping charges until AFTER you click "place order". If you are willing to pay the shipping charges to a company that HIDES the shipping charges until after you click "place order", then you will know what you are getting into cost-wise. In the USA we call that "switch and bait".
My order had gotten lost in transit at the shipping stage. One quick reply was all it took for my order to be reshipped at a quicker pace for no price. I had items coming from different locations but received everything in one package within the week. The team was very responsive and quick to fix my problem. Low effort, great prices, will surely be a customer again.
Placed an order approximately 1 month ago and still waiting for shipping. They said it will arrive in 4 to 10 business days! Not true. This has become my daily chore to follow-up with them. Asked them to refund my money and don't want the order anymore. Gave me promises for fast delivery and then radio silence. Will never deal with these guys again even if they offer goods for free. Why? Because you never get the goods anyways.

Now i am not to pleased with the company overall but the customer service agent Jonah Marie made amends. I made my order on November 8th and somehow my old address was used as my shipping address. As soon as I noticed i tried contacting customer service. There is no way of getting ahold of anyone by phone (which in my opinion is extremely inconvenient) so i started to try to get an email response. The first response came 2 days later and by that point apparently my order had already shipped. So then i called the post office and told them the situation and they were never able to get a tracking number for the shippment. I did get a tracking number from the confirmation email so not sure what the issues was. After a month of trying to get some answers i was finally in touch with Jonah Marie. I finally got some answers and finally got my order and issues resolved. Thank you Jonah Marie! Now i am patiently waiting for my order to now arrive (12/15/17) and i am hoping it comes in before christmas because that is the reason why i ordered from your company. If it doesn't come before christmas i am not sure i will be ordering from this company again. Fingers crossed!
I ordered a case for my new LG Tribute. The case I ordered was out of stock, but I was not informed. I received the free stylus and screen cleaner, so I checked the shipping and it said the case had been delivered. Then, I sent a note with the original confirmation of the order that I had not received the case. Then they told me it was out of stock and offered a different case that was worth less than half of the one I ordered. I also did not like the color (white). I had to send two notes to let them know I was not satisfied with the color. Then I sent two separate notes that I was not satisfied with the color. Then I was sent a slightly flippant note that offered two other cases to choose from. One was orange and the other purple. I didn't mind the orange one, but again it was worth less than half of what I had already paid. The other one was a purple one which was worth more than what I had paid. I requested that one. In fairness, I was not charged more and I felt that employees did respond and I will eventually get a case.
I reached out to cellular outfitters and I got a reply which met my needs they were good. Only one problem I had with their product I made an order and it did not last to long in the matter of a month it change in color.
I habe bought numerous phone products from Cellular outfitters & have been satisfied every time! Only once did I have an issue & it was dealt with right away. I received a replacement item, worth more than my original item & had the extra couple bucks waived! Who does that anymore. Quick CS response AND they made sure I was happy! Very good company!
I ordered from Cellular Outfitter over 2 months ago. I went to the website to contact them. I tried the chat support which was closed, so I submitted an email. After a few days I got no response, so I went back to the website in search of a phone number. I call the phone number and got an automated response to contact them via the website. I again submitted an email and actually got a response. I had asked them to cancel my order and refund my account (I have been charged but have not recieved my stuff). They replied that my order could not be filled because some items were out of stock. I told them to cancel those items and process the rest. No response. A few weeks later I emailed again. Again they told me that my order was being processed, no idea when to expect these items.The customer is very difficult to get ahold of. I wish they would cancel my order as I am thinking of getting a new phone and no longer need the cases.

Jonah Marie is trying very hard to provide customer service. However, my issues are: 1. No way to know what the shipping charges are, before the order is actually placed for an Item. And 2. Shipping costs for an item that cost more than the item itself. I. e. The cell phone case at a cost of 3.99 had a shipping charge of 5.99.
O. k. If there was a button to calculate shipping charges, I didn't see it. I am sorry, but there ought to be one final review of everything before the order is submitted. One more chance to review everything
On the checkout page, there is a box with all available shipping methods which you can use to calculate your total. Once you select your shipping method and hit apply, you will see the grand total update. If you place the order without applying the shipping method first, our system automatically adds the lowest cost option to the order.
I've never had any problems with my orders. Always received exactly what I ordered. The customer service is fast and efficient.

I feel sorry for the customer service agent I communicated with. What an awful company he/she works for. First of all, I wasn't advised of my S&H charges until after I placed my order! What a terrible practice! Secondly, one item was not included in my order. It was just circled on the invoice. No message of what happened to it was ever received. I ordered iPhone 8Plus cases and 7Plus were sent instead with no explanation. When I had to send note via the site regarding my concerns the return email I received just mentioned that the package was shipped! Great response, I already knew that! When I called the phone number I found online a recorded message informed me that I would have to go to the site and send a concern online (which I already had done) or chat via the site. I attempted to chat and ended up talking with a virtual assistant! After getting nowhere with that I wrote back asking if I could chat with a live agent. Finally did and found out my phone case was on backorder. Of course I never received any notification! No response to my concern with receiving 7Plus cases vs 8Plus ones as were advertised. I give up! Agent said I could choose another case to replace the one that wasn't sent. Link was sent to me that had several pages of all different sizes of phone cases for me to choose from. As I was looking at the link the agent wrote back saying she was going to have to end the chat in one minute if she didn't hear back from me! What? I quickly chose an item without seeing all of them as I didn't think I would ever get back to where I was if I lost my connection. I was then messaged back that the order would take 24 to 48 hours to process and then ship in 4 to 10 business days. My original order took 10 days to be delivered! With the amount of postage I paid it should have been received in two days! Can't believe this company is still in business!

Ordered the wrong case for my cell phone. I processed an RMA and received an email from a Customer Service Rep (Paul David) who was very polite, helpful and accommodated to ship the item I needed with no extra cost. This was my first purchase at Cellular Outfitter and so far so good. The only suggestion is to remove the timer when placing the order. I think that contributed to submit the wrong order without double checking. Other than that I will recommend it to anyone looking for inexpensive cellular items.
I would like to say Thank you. I ordered 2 phone covers for here in Australia. One was for a gift. They arrived promptly but after a few days both cases got all these black marks on them, so the nice tan looked awful. I contacted Cellular Outfitter and they quickly fixed the issue and are sending me another 2 covers, no charge. Very fair indeed and wonderful Service. So thank you very much for caring and acting on the issue. Very impressed. Sandy, Australia.
Was not very happy with this company at the beginning. Items were available when I ordered them. Waited for order but nothing. Contacted company by email about order. Got a prompt response and was told that the items were unavailable. Don't know how that happens but anyway. Was told I could pick something else for the same price, but asked for a refund instead. Got no response. Sent another email... no response. Then left a comment on the web site... no response. Can not be reached by phone. I sent an instant message today and got a response right away and was issued a refund and sent an email with a credit statement and proof of refund. So in the long run... i am pleased.
