Had a problem because of imperfect communication. (Of course it could not have been my fault, but maybe it was mutual) Anyhow, at the expense of a couple of emails things were straightened out with no added cost to me. It would have been better if face to face since the emails I received were very pleasant but I have no complaints.
I have ordered 6 phone cases. I absolutely love them. Good qualify. Reasonable shipping time.
Also customer service was fast and efficient.

One of the items I ordered was apparently out of stock (I found out after contacting them a week after I placed the order) I was allowed to choose a different item and here it is 3 weeks later and my order still has not shipped even though I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping. I emailed them requesting a refund and heard nothing. So I emailed again and my email was returned as undelivered like they have me blocked or something. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with and do not recommend to anyone. They deserve 0 stars
I ordered the wrong cell case, and not only did they replace it for me free of charge, but they also added $5 to my next order when I ordered the next one. Amazing... I though great customer service in America was dead. DLB in Arizona

Thank you so much Chareese. I had been sending emails since early October, and when I'd get a response, I would reply inquiring when the refund would occur. Apparently my emails were being sent to an old system, (apparently they had upgraded so my emails went to cyber space). I know this isn't Chareeses fault. But boy was it frustrating. Thank you Chareese for being able to send me my refund, (yet to be seen), but a promise has been made. When I do get the refund, I will be able to give a better review. Right now, it is still a promise.
I received my package, but there was only 1 of 2 items. I freaked out a little bit, but Cellular Outfitters responded and my item was out of stock but they let me choose a different item that was more expensive and they didn't charge me the difference. Excellent!
Great deals advertised on the site. Ordering is a bit problematical. At the point I made my purchase via paypal there was no confirmation that the order was received/accepted. There was an email enclosing a coupon code link for my next purchase, but this did not give me a tracking number or acknowledge that my order had been received. I went to their facebook page and sent a message, and found myself talking to a bot with standard responses. I clicked on the option to speak to a live agent and continued to receive bot responses. Finally, someone who appeared to be real began chatting with me but had completely failed to look at the previous conversations. I found myself having to repeat myself. Ultimately, after too much time, we finally got the resolution to my question: the order was received and shipped, and I was given a tracking number. Except that tracking number was only valid in the US. Once my order was transferred to Canada Post there was no way to track it using the number I had been given. Frustrating. If my order ever does arrive I will be happy, but I am not so sure I want to purchase from here again, unless they get a bit smarter about customer service.

After being issued a $10 replacement credit cause my case wasnt in stock, I was able to message and have someone help me and even extend the credit by $7 dollar more mainly cause a lot of cases were out of stock. And helped me find a beautiful wallet case. Thank you for being so supportive and helpful
They are the best. Had an issue with the case I ordered. They are amazing. I recommended everyone to go to them. I have brough products from them before. I stand behind them 100% this is where I get all my products from, and will continue. No one can match their products, or customer service.

I order all my accessories for my cell phone, I order gifts, from CellularOutfitter and have always been pleased. The post office lost my order, but once I contacted CellularOutfitter by email, I had a response within 30 minutes and it was the middle of the night. As we communicated back n forth by email, the post office found the package, but the customer rep (Jonah Marie) was just awesome, and really seemed concerned because this order was for my grandkids xmas. Even tho it wasn't their fault, they treated it as if it were. I appreciate this kind of service and will continue to buy from CellularOutfitter, I mean, hey, they do have the cutest cases, wallet and clutch cases, at the best prices! Think I'll go check out their Xmas deals now, thanks CO!

After the negative review came out they contacted me and offered to remove the surprise shopping charges. I'm no longer screwed!
Ordered $15 in merchandise. After I reviewed the order, entered my credit card, and hit purchase, approx. $13 in shipping/handling fees were added. Could not find a way to cancel so immediately sent an email to customer service to cancel. Two days later they shipped the order anyway. Screwed!
Ordered the wrong case for my phone. Contacted CellularOutfitter to exchange, wanted to return the case and screen protectors I bought for the ones I needed. Tony told me to keep the ones I had and sent me the right ones - no charge. Have done business with them before and will definitely do business with them again!
Unhappy with delivery time. I paid extra for 2-4 day delivery however, it took 8 days for my order to ship, then add the 2-4 days on top of that. All items in my order showed as "IN STOCK" at time of order, therefore shipment needs to improve. Cellular Outfitter needs to improve on filling orders and getting them shipped much faster than their current practices. Key to any on-line shopping is fast delivery... As of this review my order is still not received.
