Customer service was very fast to respond and very helpful. Kept me informed every step of the way. Fixed the issue fast and more than reasonable.

Shipping cost don't show up until after purchase and was more then cost of the products. Sent a cancellation email twice, but no response.

I ordered a case with glass protector combo and when I received it, the glass protector had a crack in one corner. Johna Marie got right back to me. The problem was taken care of immediately. There isn't many times anymore you get this kind of service, Thank you.

I ordered a case for a coworker and the info she gave me was wrong. For 2 weeks I struggled to find someone to print a return label for me. The reps on messenger were very nice but the one today was awesome. He let me pick out a case for my phone. Ordered it for me and said I didnt need to return the one that was wrong. Great service. I had a problem and was ready to throw in the towel on this company, after several years of being a customer, only because their email customer service was so frustrating. But, I reached out on Facebook and they worked it out via MESSENGER. I just received my replacement order and couldn't be happier!
