Very nice case for Samsung Note 8, great price... Shipping was Awesome! I would definitely recommend this company. I have ordered from other companies but this has been by far the best in product quality, great price and speedy delivery!
Its been a week since ordering an item that was listed as in stock and would ship within 24 hours. It still hasnt shipped. Customer service apologized two days ago but still didnt provide a ship date. I was told it was a drop ship from a different location but apparently they cant find out from that location exactly why it still hasnt shipped or when it WILL ship. Dont know whether to cancel or how long it would take to refund my money that theyve had for a week.
Was able to afford multiple covers and charging wires for minimal prices for home, auto and work place...
I've had customer service issues with an incomplete order; I was charged for it but never received. After filing complaint through amazonpay and with cellaroutfitter the company did send the product and refund me $3.00 for my inconvenience.
I hope that they have addressed their customer service issues as I would like to order again but their FB page continues with complaints similiar to what I experienced.
I had ordered 2 items and only received 1. I contacted customer service and they took care of the issue right away plus send a gift with my missing item.
Customer service representative responded quickly to my questions. She was quick to find answers to address my concerns and responded appropriately. I couldn't be more satisfied with her professionalism and ability to make me a satisfied customer of Cellular Outfitter again!
I was very pleased with the way my problem was handled. I've ordered from CO before and truly liked the product I received.
This time, though, the product I ordered ended up having a defect. Customer service handled the problem to my satisfaction.

Great Product... Customer Service Is Pretty Good, But, Delivery Is Slow... & Why Are Additional Items Added To The Order That Arent Requested?
I needed to change the mailing address 30 seconds after the order. By the time the email contact got back to me, it had already been sent to the wrong address. Due to the cost of postage, it will not be worth sending it back for a refund when I reach that address in 2 months
I have ordered numerous items from CO and have always been satisfied with their products. Recently, one item arrived damaged. I notified them, and they sent a replacement in a timely manner.

I have. Loved all 10 of the phone cases I have bought. I am going to use them as Stocking Stuffers for family and gifts for friends. They look expensive but they are reasonably priced. I had an issue and they stand behind their products. Best customer service

They had 2 items on one order. I was never informed that I had a backorder, when I inquired about my order found out that one item they had incorrect. I requested a refund and it was approved. I'm still waiting for that refund.
The customer service people have go above and beyond my expectations, even when it wasn't your fault! I am still in disbelief how far RJ, Jim, and Edmel did to satisfy a customer, when the Postman is the one that misplaced it! At first my initial experience with the "site" and "purchasing" was on the down side and left a bitter taste in my mouth. However, to be completely honest, it was the customer service team who enlightened the situation. I was told that I would be compensated and my issue would be addressed immediately. As promised, my issue was resolved and the service I was provided with is the true definition of world class customer service. Each representative I was engaged with had a positive, respectful, and empathetic attitude with me (and that is not a trait that you see being practiced these days). All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the ultimate outcome and treatment that I was provided with!
I made a statement on Facebook about being disappointed in the product I received and Cellular Outfitter responded immediately and my issue was resolved. Great Great customer service!
