I complained on here, and forwarded that review to them. They apologized profusely, and sent me a good item very quickly. I wish I hadn't had to become the shrieking crazy person that I did in order to get them to listen, but they did indeed listen eventually. They have the potential to be a very good company. I hope they get their acts together.
As a gesture of good will, Frances Yzabel from the customer service department got in touch with me to offer me any item valued $2.99 or under on the website. I replied with the item number I want. My reply bounced back as undeliverable.
I needed to exchange recently purchased items for something else and since the item was out of stock, CO offered me a credit to use within 12 mos. That was GREAT! Thanks
Item I ordered was damaged. I e-mail customer service and received a response directing me how to replace the damaged item. After following the process I discovered that the Item I ordered was out of stock. Tony in customer service gave me a number of replacement items and quickly processed the replacement. Process was very smooth, quick and professional. I have always been satisfied with the products and service with Cellular Outfitter.
When I finally was able to actually use the chat to talk to a live person I got my problem resolved. Its frustrating not to be able to call and the chat hours are so short. The response time when I used the chat after hours was extremely slow. The person I spoke with was helpful and did refund my money for the item we never received. My first order experience with Cellular Outfitter went so smooth and my order came so quickly. This time I had trouble with both of my orders not arriving in the timeframe they said they would arrive. I had to use the chat function twice because of this.
I ordered a clutch from them and it had a problem with the zipper.As soon as I contacted them about it. Bingo they got right to work and replaced it for me. I have bought from this company a few times before and everything was wonderful. Great prices and customer service.
I have ordered 2 phone cases. The second one was delayed. They were very nice to me and I will continue to use them. I give them 5 stars.
Make sure you want what you buy. They do not give returns. They do store credit and then do not send your items and ignore your emails. I am out 40 bucks now. They may be inexpensive but their not work the hassle.
One of the original cases that I ordered was in back order so they offered to send a replacement. The replacement they sent was nowhere near the quality of the one I originally ordered and paid for. They offered to send another. I thought that was great customer service. I received that case yesterday. I had ordered for an S6 Edge Plus. What I received was for an S6 Edge and way too small for my phone. I contacted them and their response was to ask me if I would please rate my experience. So that's what I'm doing. Not happy. Won't order from them again.

Prompt reply and ready to take care of the problem. I do hope these replacements that are coming are better than the last ones. It is too soon to know how long before i get the replacements. But otherwise you couldn't get quicker response and willing to help resolve the issue. They are not here yet but will be glad to do another review after i use them for a week.

I placed my order 10/20/17 for 9 items. As soon as we received our new cell phones I ordered cases and screen protectors from cellular outfitter. Well today is two weeks since I placed the order and it has not even left the warehouse. The frustrating thing is they charge your bank account the day you place the order. So they have had my money for two weeks with no product being shipped to me. I have tried numerous times to contact them through their "live chat" on the website. There is never an agent available and they never get back to me. They have no phone number that you can contact them by. I was able to reach someone through email in which I was asked to be patient as they are "a little delayed in getting orders out because we are undergoing major updates in our warehouse". Hmmm feels like they are using my money to do their updates. Should have been my decision if I wanted to sit on this order for 2+ weeks while they did their updates. BEWARE if you choose to do business here.

I placed an order for 3 items and only received 1. I contacted them twice and still have not received any of my items. They answered me once after a week just to ask me to send them pics. I sent them what they asked for and never heard back again. It's been a month already. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible company. Will never use them again.

I had finished my shopping, placed in my payment. I saw one amount, which I thought was the total, yet when I received my e-mail confirmation the number for the total I saw was not the amount I last saw, a bit higher. I did contact them asking to please cancel my order, as I was not looking to pay the higher number, it was explained to me why the shipping cost was at that price. I was sent an offer of free shipping to make sure I was satisfied with the service, which I appreciate the offer. Thank you for going the extra mile to offer that. Look forward to doing business in the future.

I CORRESPONDED WITH A ONLINE SITEJABBER FROM CELLUOUTFITTER WHO WAS PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSED IMMEDIATELY GIVING ME RESULTS WITHIN 2 DAYS. I WAS ISSUED A STORE CREDIT AND OFFERED FREE SHIPPING ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. THANK YOU TO THE UNKNOWN SERVICE REPRESENTIVE THAT HANDLE MY SITUATION WITH UPMOST PROFESSIONALIZM.
Ordered Samsung 8 plus cases which their quality was not as shown in advertisement and immediately requested a refund slip to be sent so to mail back. I was contacted by Anette, of cellular outfitters.com 12 days ago, who offered me a no charge process on a replacement item. I chose an item that was 10.00 more and stated I would pay the additional charges. Again, that was 12 days ago and within the last 21 hours of my last email I have not hear from her or anyone from my correspondence. I would refurn the items for a full refund if they provide the label for the return of the samsung cases for a full refund. But to date no one has responded. I will sit this here until I hear back and make any corrections needed for a fair review.
