Not impressed with the ridiculous shipping charges. No chance to review shipping charge before being billed. Shipping was almost as much as my order. I ship many things for my business and the shipping through this company is very high. Cancelled my order. Hopefully will refunded in a reasonable amount of time.
I should read all of the comments from the customers before placing an order with Cellular outfitter. They have a worst customer service I ever met. Their phone never work, when I send an email to them, never get an answer. They provide the tracking number but I find out they had never shipped it out. I just want to let people know don't order anything from this company. I feel like this is a scam.

I looked but did not find how much shipping was going to be once I chose my shipping preference. At checkout, once I had submitted the order, i found out the shipping cost was going to be about $10 which for the small items I wished to purchase seemed quite high. I registered a complaint that I wanted to cancel my order. When contacted I was offered a reduced shipping charge and was told I had missed the screen which had showed how much the shipping was going to cost.

I ordered a portable charger for my google pixel xl. When received it did not fit my phone. I sent an email but saw on this site that they are not very responsive to emails and to try sending a message on Facebook which I did. I received a response right away and was able to resolve my issue. Hopefully the item they send me will work.

I order iPhone 8plus cases and they send me the wrong size because the other ones were out of stock and I had to pay shipping. They should have told me they were out of stock and not sent anything! I worked with 2 different people and had to send pictures twice and even tried to get different cases but everything is out of stock. This has been a big hassle and not worth my time and money. Big Mistake!

I emailed co so many times and didn't get anywhere. But the a co worker suggested to me, to co tact them on Facebook messenger and j got a answer right away. I have been waiting for My order for a month now. I was told that I would get a full refund of the shipping and handling. So thst made me somewhat Happy! Just a FYI find contact Co through email go directly to Facebook messenger you will get a response within a matter of minutes.

I sent a question as to why only part of my order was received. A reply was received in a very reasonable time with a very reasonable explanation. I was offered free shipping and an apology for inconvenience. I don't know how everything else will work out but so far the customer service has been exemplary. Thank you.

My most recent order was completely wrong. I called the company and got a recording, "only digital customer service". I sent email after email for 2 weeks, no response.
Then I went on their f/b site. I was immediately taken care of by a great customer service representative, I asked for their name but it was not given. This person stayed with me through out the whole conversation taking care of the problem. They were totally professional and apologized for the lack of response from the email issue I had. I am now waiting for the correct order to be sent to me.

I purchased a blue tooth headset(9), cord(10) and a power bank(12). They charged me the price of the items, taxes and a ridiculous shipping fee. On delivery I was charged $15 Cdn for duty. When I opened the package there was only the power bank. The whole thing cost me $65 Cdn for a lousy power bank. I emailed them immediately and Jonah Marie (Customer Support SPECIALIST) said they were out of stock and offered store credit for 7 for the headset plus 5... AS IF I would EVER shop there again. I requested 20 Cdn back on my credit card. I have notified my card holder already. How they can charge me for an item and SHIPPING and not actually ship it in this day and age only indicates they are a disreputable company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I had an issue with an item I purchased and I sent 2 emails to them with no response. On the 3rd and final try I messaged them through their Facebook page. Not only did I get an instant response, they processed an exchange for me right then and there. I would give 5 if they had more cell phone case options for the Note 8.

They refused to give a refund (in my case) unless the products are defective. I don't think that this is the right practice.
Wesite showed S&H Free when you add the product to cart. Then, start charge when you proceed to "Check out". This is gimmick!
