Wanted a clutch that would hold phone, cash and cards. What I got was a thing with a jammed zipper that would only hold my paper money if I folded the money in half.

I placed a order on 9/26/17 and as of today 10/16/17 the order status just says "Transmitted". I have tried all forms of contact (online chat, online customer service and a call to the 800 number which nobody answered. Online chat told me 1-3 business days for processing but when I said it had already been 9 business days I was told not to worry I would get the order. They had no problem charging my account and I receive discount ads everyday. I left a message and told them to cancel my order. I am just hoping I get my money back.

If you do not select a specific shipping method the system will automatically apply the standard shipping cost which is $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item to your total.

I purchased items thru a cellular outfitter ad. Unfortunately, thru my own fault, I did not write down an order number. I did not set up an account via their website. Again my fault!. I saw that my debit card was charged, so I figured no problem, it will get here. So I waited. I checked the mail everyday for 13 days. Nothing. I decided to check with cellular outfitters and make sure things were going along smoothly. They couldnt find my order. Again my fault because I didnt write diwn the information. I gave the representative all of the information I had and she said she would check with management the next day. In the next few moments, my husband came thru the door and handed me my package from cellular outfitters. Feeling kind of lame now, but I messaged the representative and told her that I had received it. Thank you so much Cellular Outfitters for great customer service and for taking the time to follow up with me!

I put in an order on September 4,2017. I received my order 9/11/17 with one item missing. I emailed customer service 3 times about the missing item. I was told each time that they had looked into it and the item would be sent out shortly. Finally, after not receiving the item I put in a request to refund my money. After 2 requests I received my refund. If the item was no longer available, since it was a limited edition, why wasn't I told from the beginning, that the item was no longer available and a refund immediately made to my account?

I made a mistake in ordering a larger capacity battery for my phone. I emailed them of the problem and Tony emailed me a list of the proper alternatives for my j3 emerge. It was a few dollars more of which I was willing to pay. Tony shipped the new proper unit promptly and for free! What can I say my jaw dropped. Guess who I will be buying my future phone needs from!

I would order from Cellular Outfitter again because I have had great service from them. I would not order from anyone else beside them. They listen to me every time if I have had a problem with my merchandise I have bought from them. And they are the best if I have to return some thing, I have no problem with them they are the best! On my first order, "I" made a mistake and Cellular Outfitter fixed it immediately. The rep solved the problem before I could get it all expressed! The shipping seemed a bit slow. My next order was processed and mailed pronto. I like the variety and the prices for their merchandise [accessories for LG phones are hard to find!].

On October 3rd, it was promised to be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. They wasted no time getting my money but they never shipped my items. As today is the 15th of October and I have received nothing. I've sent two emails and got no response to either one of them. Going to do all I can to rectify this and order that I can get my money back I will never ever ever order from this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. I'd rather pay the high prices and get it at a retail outlet then to buy for cheaper prices from this company! I'm so disappointed and so ticked off that I can barely see straight! In this time and in this economy every penny counts, so why should you Cellular Outfitters steal people's money and not deliver the goods? Please! Nothing but thieves!
