I put in an order on September 4,2017. I received my order 9/11/17 with one item missing. I emailed customer service 3 times about the missing item. I was told each time that they had looked into it and the item would be sent out shortly. Finally, after not receiving the item I put in a request to refund my money. After 2 requests I received my refund. If the item was no longer available, since it was a limited edition, why wasn't I told from the beginning, that the item was no longer available and a refund immediately made to my account?
