Product sucks

No tracking
October 11, 2017

I placed an order Oct. 4th 2017. I keep checking and no tracking available. I contacted them today Oct 11th 2017. They said if it's not shipped by the end of week to contact them again. I have never had a problem with other places I've ordered from. So far very unhappy. Can't get true answer a bunch of run around. If it doesn't ship Friday I will go to my bank let then know what a scam

They will make it as hard as possible to cancel and/or return an order.And dont give them your phone o email, as they bombard you with junk mail &txt msgs.

Horrified to see that shipping was so much. You don't get chance to see shipping costs after you enter credit card information. I tried to cancel order, but it was 11pm. The next day after I calmed down a bit, I decided to see if maybe it was worth it. Items arrived and 2 charging cables and wall charger are garbage. Charging cables are loose when plugged into phone after 1 month of use... and the fast charging doesn't work with the cables I ordered... even though they are supposed to. Seriously... don't order from this company. I'm now looking at just going to Verizon tomorrow and paying the $15 for an OEM cable. Lesson learned.

Scam and cheater company

SCAM company. Cheaters. They do not show grand total. Only after you purchase item. Be ware. They scam you of your money. Not a good company. I would rate this company very very poorly for review. 0 I would give them. Someone should sue this company for scam. Shame on this company.

Would buy from again

I had an issue with an unexpected $10 shipping charge being added to my order. CellularOutfitter responded to my review immediately and issued me a full refund. I was very surprised. I did not expect to receive that kind of service from a company I had never even heard of before. Would buy from again.

2 thoughts The 5 star rating: I thought the personnel of Cellular Outfitters was Courteous & Professional. The 1 star rating: I was very disappointed with Cellular Outfitters Business practices, Whoops we made a mistake & sent you the wrong items(all 3)BUT we want you to pay the postage & handeling and send it back or WE wont send you the correct order. Takes too long to ship

They made it right.

I recently wrote a review for CellularOutfitter.com. Cellularoutfitter contacted me after seeing my review and I'm happy to report the problem has been resolved. They not only refunded my money but also sent the correct case at no cost to me. I'd say they went the extra mile to please the customer. It would be nice if customers could call and talk to someone when there is a problem.

Nice product but

They don't tell you shipping charges until you have completed your order. Not $0.99. Have ordered other cases and they work nicely but surprised at the large shipping charge.
