I had to contact twice before getting a return email. I am very happy with the customer service. I was awarded twice the amount of my order, also, I was told to keep the product I wanted to return. This is my second time ordering and I will order again. Thank you,

My order was confirmed on the CO site... i opened up my email... i had no confirmation of the sale ( so no order# etc)... called my Credit card co the next day... there was a charge from CO... i sent an email telling them that i had not received a confirmation email... i never heard back... i went to their "virtual asst"... and explained... she gave me my order # and said it was "transmitted"... i asked "what does that mean?"... she said i "should receive it in 4-10 days...". I asked if they would expedite it sooner at their expense... for the trouble ( cause it seems like i waited a whole week+ to have it sent out now?...) she said that could not be done. She asked if she could do anything else...?... i said..."i thought that you would at least offer a discount of some sort to keep me as a repeat customer... due to the administrative /support failure?"... she said "discounts are given in the offer codes..."
I gave up at that point... they surely DONT GET CUSTOMER SERVICE!... I told her that " i was disappointed and would write a review..."

I've ordered something on 3 different occasions. Totally happy with the first 2, but not happy with quality of 3rd. Customer service was awesome about replacing it. They stand by their 110% Guarantee policy.

It was my mistake that caused the wrong items to shipped. They were gracious and told me to give them the info for the right item. Done and done. Received an email stating the new order had been placed.

Ordered a few items only to find it was incomplete. Have submitted their help line 4 times to no avail. Recommend not to do business with this company.

I placed an order. No where was there a place to see how much shipping was. I assumed once I put my credit card info it would preview my order with shipping fees. Nope straight to "your order has been placed" I immediately contacted them to cancel. Customer service is only through internet. Sent an email with my request to cancel. Then later during the day tried to live chat (During normal office hours)- said they were closed to try again during normal hours. Sent a request via their contact info. Still no response. Sent another request via online chat today. Same response today. (Closed during normal hours.) I finally went on FB. Got someone finally. The person was able to cancel my order (Tried to reduce shipping first - I said I just wanted to cancel). This has taken way too much of my time
Right after ordering an item I found I really did not need it. Tried to cancel but did not find a quick way to do so. Wrote to them via email - at first they said they might not be able to do it - but they kept trying and eventually were able to cancel the order. They were most pleasant as well.
I ordered a case and they sent me a screen protector and a stylus pen it took for ever to get here and there number is a message saying to email them this site is such a hoax

I emaIl their customer service when 1 of the 3 cases I ordered did not arrive, I was told the case I ordered was out of stock and give other options such as, store credit or I choose another case. I choose another case. So, my only issues is why was I not notified that the case I ordered was not in stock, 2 weeks had passed since I ordered not word from them until I inquired. This not the first or last time I have ordered from them but, it is the first time I have had an issue.
I called to find where my order is and I was told my order doesn't exist. That the order number was not found. So than two days after talking to a customer service rep the money was taken out of my bank account and still no merchandise. Tried calling them again and now their phone number doesn't work.

I wrote Cellular Outfitters about a phone case I ordered and I had a computer glitz, either me or the computer doesnt remember putting in the make and model of the case. I thought they might be able to correct it before it was shipped. They couldnt, but offered to let me get one out of the severely reduced items under $5.00 for free and free shipping. Super sweet! The sales items were just like I ordered! They couldnt have been nicer. By the way the first one I ordered doesnt fit an Apple 7 Plus. I have no clue what kind of phone it would fit.

I ordered my stuff and told them of my new address that it needed shipped to. I got an excuse that they were on vacation and that I needed to go to my local post office and find it there! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! I attached a note stating my new address too. All the responses I have received are, "We're really sorry". UM NO! I spent around $30 and it cost me more to have this stuff shipped to me than the purchase price! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You will get the run around too. Im going to take this to the Better Business Bureau.
