I ordered the wallet phone case and it did not provide the protection I need. I contacted customer service and within 10 minutes Everything has been resolved and a new case should be in my mailbox soon. I have ordered 3 products from this company and all 3 has been the same quality I would is spent on an Expensive popular brand.

Do not order from this company! They will add outrageous shipping charges AFTER you place an order. Then they will ignore your requests to cancel your order and will ship it anyway.

My screen protector i ordered was broken when I got it I sent them an email telling them what happened they wanted a picture before I can figure out how to send a picture to them they had already said it's okay throw it away and your new one is in the mail. Very very cheap. And so much to choose from I couldn't make up my mind what case I wanted. Thank you so much for being hassel free...

When I placed my order I didn't realize an item was automatically ordered if I did NOT uncheck the box before submitting... so that was my fault for not noticing the way the order was submitted. I learned something new about the company's process but after I noticed the error... I promptly contacted customer service and the problem was handled in a professional manner

I have ordered several phone covers and screen protectors and been very please with the prices. The latest products I ordered I was very unhappy. I asked if the return policy covered opened products since I didn't like what I got. I was offered to pick out a product of the same value and they would send it to me, no charge, no shipping, and no need to return the old cover. Great service!

I had a small problem and once I email them, they followed up quickly and took care of it. My only complaint is doing this. They wanted me to write a review and after I did I was told I needed to write more! I said what I wanted to say and you would think that was enough!
Ordered something... tracked it all the way to my house and what i ordered didnt come. Contacted you guys and you said it was out of stock after taking my money just really wish i was told inhead of time so i wouldnt have wasted my time and money on shipping and handling and things i wanted the least
I received my screen protector broken. After notifying customer service of the problem, they immediately stated they would send anther one with no RAM required. Excellent, will deal with cellularoutfitters again

They were totally awesome in working with me on choosing another item in place of the item in which I had ordered that was OUT OF STOCK. I appreciate them for also keeping in touch with me on everything. I do think/wish that they would be more efficient in getting ordered items shipped out to the customers sooner. Instead of waiting for 4 or 5 days before shipping the customers orders out. Other than that they are awesome in keeping you informed about whatever questions or help you might need. I feel that the customer service that is given by your staff is excellent. I feel that they put their all into every thing that they do for each and every customer in which they are working with and for. I had ordered two cases which unfortunately did not fit correctly. I have been working day to day with a woman, Ana who has helped me a great deal. She is not only letting me keep the two cases that I misjudged but she is sending me a leather case as a curtesy because at this time I am unemployed she is not charging me the extra fee. If that is not top notch customer service I do not know what is.
Ordered wrong item and it was replaced with correct item. I asked what i needed to do tp return and exchange for correct item, i was told there was no need to send back and they were sending me a replacement. Thank you!
