Scammers! Do not order anything from them. That took my money and never sent my order. I have reported them to my credit card company to go after them for the money. No one response back to you. This company should be shut down. Scammers!
My first case was lost in the mail, when I rang to tell them they despatched another one at no cost. The next day the One that was lost turned up. So I may or may not get another one free, But the salesman " Tony" was very helpful. So thank you.
Ordered three weeks ago and still no products or answers truthfully as why I don't have items. Shipping methods terrible and no live person to talk to. The shut off phone service as not to answer question about problems must be reason they stoped phone calls! Boo

I ordered a pricey case, one that was sent wrong to begin with, then when I call to ask for the correct one, they don't have it. Even before I decide what to get then, they send their choice. Hopefully it's the right one. Never buying here again.

I am a first time customer. I contacted Customer Service after receiving only a partial order. There was a delay in receiving the entire order too. When the 2nd package arrived, (a phone case), it was the wrong case. My interaction to return the case and select the correct one was with Tony. Tony was AWESOME. He was extremely helpful. He also selected phone cases that he thought I may like, based on my criteria. Tony went the extra to turn my frustration into a positive experience. He handled the situation very professionally. Because of Tony, I will be a returning customer.

I ordered a case for my LG G6 for $6.99 + shipping. It arrived within 10 days as promised, and fit perfectly on my phone. As I accidentally ordered a wrong color (white, instead of clear), I contacted customer support and they've responded promptly (on a Saturday!) and demonstrated highest level of customer support! Love my new case! A+ seller! Highly recommend!

I placed an order July 31st. When it arrived I had to pay $15 Duty which I hadn't expected but accepted. Unfortunately the items inside were not mine it was another person's order complete with their packing slip. I immediately notified Cellular Outfitters both through their comment card and I also sent them an email. I realize mistakes happen so thought this would be an easy fix. Not so! After a few emails to the company, I finally received an email on Aug 10th from Red asking me to send a copy of the packing slip to him. Which I did the same day that I had received his request. I didn't hear anything until August 17th when I received a email saying that a support person had tried to contact me and since they hadn't heard from me, they were closing my file. I sent another email indicating that was not the case and that I had sent the information that Red had requested... it appears Red dropped the ball in my case. After several emails, Portia eventually fixed the problem and I finally received my items in the mail on September 16th... 1&1/2 months after I placed the order and after numerous emails. I am very pleased with the time and effort spent by Portia however am extremely disappointed with Cellular Outfitters and would not recommend this company to anyone.
