I have so much to say about your CSR Tony I don't even know where to start. He is one of the kindest most considerate helpful representatives I've Ever dealt w ever. He is all that plus he's a consummate professional. I had a unique situation and he didn't hesitate to provide me w several options. He was never rude or pushy and Extremely patient when I needed a little time making my decision. He even went out of his way to check on an item for me that turned out to be out of stock. But again he wasn't rude or dismissive and apologized for not being able to get the item. All in all he was/is Amazing! I'm not sure how you do your reward system but he should get The highest reward you have. Thank you for employing such high caliber people such as Tony.

This company rates up there with my experiences with Amazon (which I love) Even though I had made an error on an order, they responded and took care of the issue immediately. Not only that, they went above and beyond what was required. I would definitely recommend doing business with them and I know I will in the future. Thank you Cellular Outfitters for a job well done!
Love the site but won't be shopping again because of ridiculous SHIPPING costs... even if you charge a little more for the items the shipping charge should be reduced OR over a certain spending, then no shipping
I had to contact the customer service department due to an issue with the shipping cost. When I checked out the grand total was just the cost of the phone case so I assumed the slowest shipping option that I had selected was free. It wasn't until after I submitted my order that it changed the grand total and added the shipping cost. I was going to cancel but the agent allowed me a one time reduced shipping amount. I really liked the look of the case and while I was still unhappy about the total changing after submitting the order this was a more reasonable shipping cost. The agent responded to my questions quickly and refunded me very quickly and the money is already back in my account. I just received the case in the mail today and I love it. Thanks!
Sometimes with new or unfamiliar tech, I lose sight of minute but essential details. This can lead to some panic on my part. I found Cellular Outfitter's staff, especially Red, to be so patient and helpful. Kudos to Red.
They're very responsive to raised questions and concerns. I bought a portable battery charger. Oddly, it came without any printed instructions. They helped. My order came without a promised stylus pen, part of the promotion. I have emailed them about it. I suspect they will send it.

Exhorbitant shipping charges per piece, even for 'gift' pen, and 2 charges when order t2 of same item, a real ripoff, the. Ca site never indicated it was shipping from us so ended up extra 15 buck charge for customs, by time recieved was almost 3 times cost of items! And couldn't cancel order, even when tried immediately upon finishing order!

With the exception of one item everything I have purchased has been great. The one exception looked much nicer in the photo than it did in reality. I asked for a refund and was treated very well! No hassles at all. I will continue to purchase from this company!

You responded in a timely manner, however the cables that come with the power bank don't fit my phone. I was very careful in ordering another one to make doubly sure that I had the right one. The cables you sent to me does fit my phone. I have to use the one with the power bank to charge it and then change over to the one that does fit my phone to charge my phone. It always comes up that it is charging very slowly and to use the one that came with my phone(plugs into the outlet). I didn't like the first wallet but I did like the second one. I am going to send the other one back as well as the two power banks. I feel bad about it as you have some really neat things and the prices are excellent. Please send me refund when you receive the items. I'm not happy that it's going to cost me more than the items.

This business is really understanding when customers have a problem with their order. They go beyond the norm to make things right no matter what. Great company to work with.
I inadvertently ordered from their US website instead of the Canadian site. Canceled my order OK but the follow up was a bit too much. I had already been contacted by the US customer service and explained my error which was great but I was contacted a second time in which they did not realize I had already been contacted by their own customer service. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

There was a mistaken made in my orders. A $0.12 purchase somehow turned into two separate orders totaling almost $100.00. I panicked at first, of course. But, after discussing the problem with customer support, a solution was found and the order was cancelled. Thank you for the quick handling of this matter.

I ordered a case for my new Samsung 8 and put that I needed a 8+. The wrong one came and when I contacted Customer Service they said they will send out a new one, for me to just keep the one I had wrong. That to me was excellent Customer Service, they not only quickly responded, but made it right at no expense to me. Waiting on my new case to come now.

The clutch/purse hardly fits around my phone, let alone trying to put my keys or other necessities in it. It's pretty much useless. I don't see myself purchasing anything else from your company.
