Great company to do business with. Products were awesome. I ordered cellphone cases and they are very nice. Customer service is outstanding on returned items.

Customer service is outstanding on defect items. A few simple questions about product and now I have a new shipment on its way. I appreciate the generosity. I purchased more of the same item and hope these work also., if not I will be contacting customer service again

Everything I ordered didn't fit the way it was supposed to and then for refund wouldn't get my shipping back. Absolutely Wrong! Only reason I gave 1 was wouldn't take with no stars

Order was received in a timely manner it was exactly as described. I had a question and they promptly answered me overall. Great product and service

Sent me my Oder, minus one case cover.No saying it was back ordered, not in stock, nothing! Showed they shipped it but did not. I have given several replacement item no. And they still have not sent me a replacement. Always something with this company, will never order from them again.Not such a good deal when you never receive it!

I had a great experience. When I got my order I was missing a charging/sync cable because it was out of stock... the customer service was awesome. They answered my question promptly and resolved the problem quickly. The only thing I would change is that I wish where every ships the package would have let me know somehow in the package that the cable was out of stock.

I ordered AUS B cable connector to charge my brand new Samsung S8 plus phone they advertise that it fits the S8 plus, found when I received it it would not plug in not fit then it would not work. It took me a week and a 1/2 to find to get a refund I would email the company days on end very unhappy the products they advertise do not fit the phone is intended to fit you need to buy it from the cellular company

They don't care about your money. They care about satisfying their customers. Love all of their products won't buy anywhere else. They have everything I need for my phone. Thank you Cellular outfitter! Keep on doing what you're doing. Great job!

Cancelled my order with no problem. I will definitely make orders in the future. Most online businesses gives no customer service. Once they get your $$$ you're out of luck.

Will know better when I can return one of my items and get my refund. I am looking forward to receiving me items. I ordered twice by mistake and need to send one back for a refund.

I love my new black and bronze cell protector.
Great prices and they even sent me the correct size after i made a mistake with my order. This was at their own expense and no fees or shipping required.

I did have a product that wasn't working efficiently, cellularoutfitter sent me a new one free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience of the situation.

This site really helped me when I accidentally ordered 2 items instead of one. They let me exchange for another item without having to go through the hastle of returning the money to the credit card

Cellular outfitter have the best deals i have ever come across, has a variety of selections on phone cases and other accessories, and you get your purchases in a timely manner. Love them

I got a full refund for a purchase because the IPHONE case was not available.
After few weeks to my surprise I received my iPhone case which is a gret product.
I contact customer service for payment and I was surprised again because they didn't exept my payment and that was an apologies gift for me.

Excellent prices. Good brands. Excellent customer service. I had to return a cellphone case and they were in touch with me every day until that was solved. The experience was great.

Ive ordered a phone cover for a galaxy s7. It was late in arriving so i contacted cellular outfitter. I recieved a response straight away. The situation has been resolved and im very pleased.

Anytime i might need something or have a issue Cellular Outfitters always fixes the problem and gets me squared away and there products are cheap but great quality. I recommend this to anyone that wants to get anything for there cell phones a a great price and get it to you really fast. Thanks!
