Absolutely ridiculous service! I contacted the company immediately after my order was placed when I saw the outrageous shipping charge that was NOT stated during check out - to cancel my order immediately! Then I receive a message four days later that they shipped the item anyways? There is NO phone number for the business on their website, so I find a number on Google, when you call the business a message comes on saying that all of their business is done electronically and they hang up. On top of this, they will spam your email address with three emails every day. Stay away from this company!

This site is terrible. I've been burned twice. The ordering process misleads one into thinking shipping is free. (The second time there were dashes where there should've been shipping charge info. No shipping charge was indicated until I'd received the order confirmation email! Then, to top it off, the shipping charge was MORE than the price of the item!) Finally, when I sent an email asking to be contacted before my order was processed it was ignored. Do NOT be duped as I was! Refrain from ordering at Cellular Outfitters.

Missing item

The representative sent me a email within 1 day stating that the item would be shipped separate and should be here within 5 days. Why didn't they explain that on the packing slip? Item was not included in the shipment and no explanation was given.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector for my new phone. I emailed the company and received a response the next day. They let me know my options (exchange, store credit, or refund) and explained each to me. I ended up changing my mind from a refund to an exchange and when I emailed again to state that I had changed my preferred option, I didn't get a response for a week, BUT... once I had gotten a response, imagine my surprise when I was told they were shipping the new one out at NO CHARGE! It was nice to work with a company that wasn't going to charge me an arm and a leg to return something. I had no problems with ordering, shipping, or returning/exchanging. I'll be buying more from them.

Being a technologically challenged old lady, on the first order made with Cellular Outfitters I made a mistake. These guys helped me out and sent a replacement car charger for my new Galaxy S8 after
>> I << ordered the wrong one. I offered to send the charger that I received with the original order back, but was told that I didn't need to to save me the inconvenience and money required to mail it back. Which I thought was very nice.

Their products are of very good quality and shipping time is reasonable.

These guys have a a new loyal customer in me. I plan to buy all of my cell phone needs from Cellular Outfitters from now on.

Plus, they give great discounts!

There is a Canadian and an American site and it isn't clear which site one is on meaning what you think might be available on one isn't on the other. This too can lead to account confusion.

The descriptors, whilst catchy, can be misleading, particularly with respect to "leather", "genuine leather". This means that one might receive imitation leather when one was of the belief one was to receive genuine leather, i. E. from an animal not a test tube. Experiencing receipt the latter not the former can result in one down the trail of customer service to resolve the issue.

When one is offered a "credit", operatives should advise when to expect notification of it, and how to apply it.

The force of a credit is somewhat depleted when it cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Perhaps some form of compromise could be applied in such circumstances. After all, the credit stems from a purchase that has gone wrong in some way.

As suggested above, the US and Canada sites do not always have the same offerings, and that reduces choice and leads to frustration in respect of purchasing what one wants if is unavailable in the country where one resides.

The 'phone system is of poor quality and what is being said isn't always heard.

Getting through to customer service can be time consuming, but the site does offer a call-back option, and they do call back.

The operatives don't always tell you what they are doing, such as searching for an item, and this implies that you may think you're disconnected and oblige saying something to so determine.

Generally the choices and prices are good, as is the customer service, but issues as described above can lead to frustration, returns, and disappointment. They would appear to be easily remedied.

Please do not fall into trap with the so called good reviews. They are bought. This is a company that has no integrity what so ever, a company that scams people and lies to people. I will make it my mission to constantly write my review about this company. 1) They have hidden shipping charges which you won't see till after they take your money out of your account, 2) They do not send you an order number or tracking number until you bombard them and tell them you've yet to receive it. 3) They do not respond to your emails until you constantly message them and even so it's always multiple people asking the same question so you are constantly repeating yourself. 4) They're so called customer service number is also a sham, they just put you on hold for a while then hang up. 5) If you are ordering from another country, (I'm in Canada) you still have to pay the customs charge. I was completely unaware of that as I thought the package would come directly to my house like most companies do. Honestly, the company and website is rubbish. They are disgusting. Please do not buy from them.

Great Customer Services

I bought a wrong case for my boyfriend's cellular and I wrote to Customer services. I received the answer early with a good solution. I had recommend this web to my friends and they are very glad with their cases and me too.
I saw some bad reviews and I can't understand why.

I had previously put in a complaint in because i was not being given info about delivery when i was told i would receive it. The tracking on the last package was ok except one thing. My order had to be sent out in 2 separate shipments and i got messages they were delivered. I only received one package and i dont know how to even try to track the other. As far as ive been told theres only one order number that was given to me. Now im going to possibly waste some time to be home for a package that may or may not come today. I wish they were a little more clear about delivery dates and times. Otherwise everything else has been OK.

I ordered an item now months ago and never revived it. After many many texts asking the same questions they said I had store credit so I went to order the item still on the internet but nothing came off so I did not finish the order.
More of the same texts and I get a message they are sending a replacement but it is not the same item. They chose to send an item on sale for $9.99. While what I ordered is available on the internet constantly. I will refuse the package and never purchase anything from this company not because of the products but because of the sorry customer service.
