I had asked to cancel an order immediately after learning of their high shipping. They replied with a lower shipping and I replied again that it was too late since I had bought elsewhere. Next thing I know, they went ahead and shipped it anyway!

Will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. ON A SCALE OF 0 TO 10, I GIVE IT -0. I was not happy with my order at all. I felt like Custer service could have done a BETTER job, with fixing my issue. But I will chalk it up to a lesson learned.
Purchased a phone case and I love the case, but the magnet that keeps the case closed is not strong enough when you have things in the "wallet" part... may need to be redesigned with a snap instead of a magnet. This is my second case with this company (new phone), been very happy with my purchases, other then my suggestion above.

It took a while to return the items but eventually it got completed. I did have to pay to return the items which almost cost as much as the items.

After 3 Days of placing an order from Cellularoutfitter.com, I realized that I had ordered something I already had. So I sent an email, honestly thinking it was too late to stop the order, BUT, they did it! Found my order, cancelled it then, refunded my money! Not too many companies will do that after the amount of time that passed, But They did!

There customer service could use some work. Its hard to find out how to lodge a complaint. But once you find the spot then it takes awhile for them to respond. I just started to respond to emails i received, thats when i got a response and got it resolved

I called several times and after 15min. I was hung up on. I tried it again and got onto the call back list. I would keep my place in line. After a couple of days still no call back. You are very hard to get in contact with.

The rep was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I accidentally ordered two batteries because I clicked twice. The rep sent me a prepaid label and I promptly got a refund. Great company.
