I had to contact customer service because I had never received an email with the shipping information. I spoke to a sales associate, Vina, who was kind and helpful. She sent me the email with the shipping information and the product (a cellphone charger) arrived soon after. The charger works fine and I am quite happy with it.
Waiting on a reply about returning 2 cases, got no reply when ordering so didn't know if the order went thru. They are still in the original packaging, haven, t been opened. Can I just put "Return to Sender" on the packages to return them?

Terrible customer service! I ordered a phone case for my boyfriend, found out he told me the wrong model phone, so I canceled immediately. They responded that they received my email, and it was under review. Then they send out the order the next day anyway. Tried to get a refund after it came, and they keep responding that it's under review, even though it says 90 day returns. Awful customer service! Can't actually speak to anyone!

The money i spent on phone cases from your website i should've saved it.....i ordered 4 cases that should've came with a free stylus pen. NEVER RECEIVED IT(even after sending the company an email 2wks after my order was placed) I only use 2 of the 4 cases that I purchased because the other 2 are not as sturdy. To date, I still have not received my free stylus. I had to go out and purchse one on my own....I don't think I will be ordering again from this company....

I got "superior" customer service. I ordered something online, and it came in the wrong size (I think I gave the wrong information about my phone) I contacted them and we sent back and forth information to try and get the proper size. When that didn't work out they gave me a store credit. I am completely satisfied with that. My order came fast and response time to my emails was great.

I've ordered 6 times from this site and I've only had one product that was a problem. Even ordered again after that issue but you just can't beat the low prices on all of the items they offer and the quick response from customer support services. I've been very happy with all but one purchase and I'm waiting for a response now and I'm sure that they will make it right with me soon.

There was supposed to be free shipping. They added shipping costs at the last moment. The item was supposed to be sent out within 24 hours. It has been three days and they haven't sent it. They hang up on me when I call customer service.

I got my spare battery for my LG G5 phone okay. What I wanted wad the light blue wallet phone case but it wad out of stock then I asked for the lavender one and you told me it to was out of stock yet I just saw it and it is in stock. You all decided I wanted a pink one instead, but I didn't want pink.

Be careful what and WHEN you order... products are good for the money but the Customer Service department is not very customer oriented. But... if you have a problem. Persevere! I may get resolved so at least you are semisatisfied.

Cellular Outfitter is an exceptional company to purchase items from. I selected the wrong phone size for the wallet I ordered and they responded to my email within 24 hours. They offered for me to keep the current case and they will mail me a new one no charge!
