My order was incorrect for my fault, I sent the email and quickly answering to me and corrected my mistake.

I didn't get my original order, I contacted customer service they sent out a replacement with no issue I received it yesterday and tried it out love the case it fits perfect!

Bunch of scam artist. I ordered a product that cost $4.99 it showed free shipping. Then when I checked my email f on then it showed $5.99 for shipping and handling... stop buying from here

I needed to make a return and the people were so understanding and easy to work with. They took care of the problem for me by sending me out another wallet that will fit my phone. I have told many people about my experience with Cellular Outfitters and plan to do more business with them. Thanks again!

Careful with the bait and switch on the price. They add shipping costs after the transaction is made. They make it look like nothing will be charged when you check out and afterwords they add fees to your credit card. Horrible customer service. Horrible company

I received a phone charging cord that did not work. Customer service quickly offered 3 options: replacement, store credit, or refund of the item cost (but not the cost of shipping). I chose replacement. This took place within a day of my contacting customer service. Impressive.

The customer service was great and response time was fast. I was not satisfied with the 1st purchase and they offered to replace it with no hesitation. The new product is great, it's the wrong color but I am satisfied.

I am not sure if I will use your company again or not because I ask to cancel my order and it was not done and now I have to go through my bank, because your company went ahead and took out the money from my debt card after 5 days from the time I cancel it.
