Have received all items that I have ordered but one and was told they weren't able to full fill that so they refunded my money fast and I got another item to replace it on it's way. Have loved everything I have bought so far

I received my order yesterday and one of my items was missing. The packing slip said that I had received it but it wasn't with my other items. So I contacted customer support by e-mail telling them about the missing item. They responded withing 24 hours and after double checking my packing slip. They are sending me my adapter along with a stylus. I will continue to order from CelluLarOutfitter.

After receiving the product I was impressed with the quality, but it didn't meet my requirements. I contacted customer service and received a response within 48 hours. They offered me an alternate option, while I wait for a response to my original issue.

My first product had performance issues after limited use. I reported this to Cellular Outfitters. They responded at once, and were willing to replace my wallet with a comparable priced item of my choice, and up to $5.00 more with no shipping.

I bought a few phone cases and screen protectors recently from Cellular Outfitter. The cases are nice quality and exactly as described online. Unfortunately, I did need to return one case and an item due to my choosing the wrong size, and I asked for an exchange for a different case. Anette at Cellular Outfitter promptly replied my new order is on its way, and did not require I return the original items. WOW I'm impressed with this company. I will shop here again and I think holiday shopping will be a breeze at Cellular Outfitter!

I finally got a response after the generic we will look into it with ticket number. They responded stating "the ticket was closed" me questioning how that could be when I opened the ticket at midnight and reviewed the response the SAME DAY? So, somewhere between midnight the same day and 8:00 AM, again, the same day, they supposedly closed a 3rd or 4th (hard kipping count at this point) ticket? Really? NEVER would refer or order from them again. I will also review every site I can about this sham of a company! Oh, did I mention this is about a $3.00 refund? Yeah.

When I had a problem I got immediate response from someone. I had problem with the wallet case I purchased and I was offered same case or choice of any other case.
