Poor Customer Service
August 7, 2017

After numerous requests for help returning an item I've receive no help and am having to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in two states. Shouldn't have to go through all this just to return a cell phone case that was not as described.

Refunded and made order right

I ordered 50 cases and they don't tell you shipping but charge $103 for shipping. I called and no answer. I emailed and said to cancel my order because it was cheaper and free shipping for the same thing on Amazon. I had not shipping confirmation and my card was not charged. No activity for 5 days. I ordered from Amazon and received my order in 2 days. Then I get an email that they can't cancel the order and it will be coming but I can return it once I get it. Oh and then I have to pay to ship it back to them. Then they try to sell you something else and only return the cost of the cases. So $103 for shipping and $15 to ship it back and NO product. Very poor customer service and you should avoid them at all costs-because it will COST you. Even if you only want one item - the shipping will be more than the item. Get it on Amazon.

I love the prices, and regular discounts, as well as the ease of ordering. I get so many compliments on the cell wallets and they really hold up very well (better than my phones do, lol). Just ordered a few more for friends and I know they will love them, especially the magnetic cases.

Communication issues

I think the CellularOutfitter company is sincere in helping their customers, but sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and that I hope will be fixed. I like ordering my cell phone items from there. They have really nice products. I appreciate them resolving an issue I had and I will leave it at that. I just want to add one more thing. I think listening to the customer's complaint or issue, making sure that it's understood and moving forward from there is a winner. Cellular Outfitters does listen and sincerely tries to remedy the issue.

It's one thing to get a product and have one issue. But when you get another product issue to fix the first mistake is unacceptable. The original order was simple but I received a cracked glass protector for my phone. Then the company sent a replacement protector, un-cracked, but didn't fit my phone. Then they wanted a picture, insinuating I am a liar, which insulted me. So I sent them a picture and said give me a refund. I found out I did get a refund, which I still need to confirm, but a good resolution would have been... " we'll send you the correct product immediately and deal with the issue in house once we receive the picture". In order for me to send a picture I had to wait til I had another cell phone to fully capture the whole phone, I sent a picture and received a message that I had already been refunded, case closed. However, it is not. I should have received a message thanking me for the requested picture and then stating we will contact the distribution center and handle accordingly and you received your refund on whatever date. If the rep. Stated that then I'd been okay with it. Thus, it confirmed my initial impression that they thought I was a liar trying to get a free product. But I didn't do that and sending the picture was a moot point. So, It was not handled the way it should have been and I will not order from this company again.

I'm trying again! This cable was defective the day it arrived and I reported it immediately. I was sent a shipping label but my computer was unable to open the attachment. I sent a reply and asked to have another shipping label sent. Your reply was unrelated to my problem--welcoming me as a new customer, etc. This was not my first order. I again asked for a duplicate shipping label. I think that you are giving me the run around so I'll just forget about it. I have been an advocate for your company but that has changed. I expect a full refund of $36.96 including shipping, to my PayPal account immediately. If you want the damaged product retuned, send me a new label. I have probably sent 5-7 messages. I await your immediate reply.

I am very satisfied with the resolution to a problem most other distributors would make you live with.
Cellular Outfitter resolved the Problem without hesitation.
I will continue to purchase all of my cell accessories here!

I ordered from them on May 13,2017. Today is Aug 1,2017 and I have not received my order nor have I received a refund. I have been emailing them for 3 months and they keep coming up with new excuses for not providing my refund. I have probably emaild them 50 times, because they dont list a phone number. I emailed them again yesterday and today received an email from them asking me for my return shipping number. I told them again that I didn't ship it nack, because I never received anything. This is the most sneaky, lying bunch of people I have ever ordered from. Don't order from them! If you do, you will retreat it! I just wonder how long they can stay in business before the legal system comes after them. They are fraudulently making a lot of money and getting away with it. If I new who to contact, I'd turn them in. They need to be put out of business and put in jail!

I placed an order on July 15,2017 and immediately paid through paypal. The order arrived on July 21,2017 addressed to me, but the order was not my order and the inside packing receipt was addressed to someone else in another state showing that he ordered what I received. I immediately emailed cellular outfitter providing them with the information and included the order number and person's name from the packing receipt. I can only assume he received my order also. NO RESPONSE as of today, July 31,2017. I've tried calling several times only be put on hold, then after several minutes a recording tells me there are too many calls and to try back again. Ever since I ordered, I have received several promotional emails to order again. I even tried responding to one of these emails that I wouldn't order again since I haven't received my first order, STILL, NO RESPONSE. I've sent another email tonight, but am so angry with this terrible services, I wanted to just let buyers beware. ALSO, another problem I encounter was when you place an order, it gives you the TOTAL price, which you assume is the amount you are paying, but when you place the order, a huge shipping charge is now added on, so BUYER BEWARE, check to see what shipping is before you click that final place order button. I will not be ordered again from this company/

Where is my product

I ordered a case on July 20 paid for 2-4 business day shipping its July 30 no one can tell me when the product will be delievered. I just requested to get my money back, if you can't deliver on time. Don offer it..

Bought a case and screen protector. Never received an order confirmation, and you can not get them to answer the phone nor will they call you. Be very cautious if you decide to do business with them. They are a very sketchy outfit to say the least. If they ever finally send my items., they will be returned immediately. Have already disputed charge with my bank. Terrible customer service!

Shipping and price were great. Products are nice. NEGATIVE: A phone number is listed as a contract option and that apparently is not true. SEVERAL TIMES I CALLED DURING SUPPOSED BUSINESS HOURS ONLY TO HOLD FOR 16 MINUTES BEFORE EITHER BEING DISCONNECTED OR RECEIVING A MESSAGE SAYING CALL BACK DURING BUSINESS HOURS - AFTER THE 16 MINUTE HOLD.
