I was up late one evening and ordered a product from a site I didn't recognize. I give everyone at least one chance but have since changed my mind. First, I placed my order with the understanding of the timeframe. However, I never thought my order would never shipped and that I would still be dealing with this place as of today. My order was placed on January 11,2019. The only was to contact this alleged company is by email. I will say, at first, they respond quickly and then it tapers off. After numerous attemps to get the product, I asked for a refund. The email customer service kept putting me off to delay a refund. I had to create a PayPal account to even get a refund, no other option is available. I finally got a refund for $18.99 but that isn't the full amount of 26.99. I know people say, oh it's only 26.99 but no, it's time to say, "I will not be treated like this even if the cost is a penny". So, from January 2019, no product and still no full refund. It took til April 9th, 2019 to get 18.99 credit. I'm still on them for the other 8.00.

It's one thing to get a product and have one issue. But when you get another product issue to fix the first mistake is unacceptable. The original order was simple but I received a cracked glass protector for my phone. Then the company sent a replacement protector, un-cracked, but didn't fit my phone. Then they wanted a picture, insinuating I am a liar, which insulted me. So I sent them a picture and said give me a refund. I found out I did get a refund, which I still need to confirm, but a good resolution would have been... " we'll send you the correct product immediately and deal with the issue in house once we receive the picture". In order for me to send a picture I had to wait til I had another cell phone to fully capture the whole phone, I sent a picture and received a message that I had already been refunded, case closed. However, it is not. I should have received a message thanking me for the requested picture and then stating we will contact the distribution center and handle accordingly and you received your refund on whatever date. If the rep. Stated that then I'd been okay with it. Thus, it confirmed my initial impression that they thought I was a liar trying to get a free product. But I didn't do that and sending the picture was a moot point. So, It was not handled the way it should have been and I will not order from this company again.
