I ordered a case for my cell phone but did not check measurements and after i re-ceived it found it two inches too long. I contacted Customer Service and the told me to select a new case within a price range which I did. Second case very nice and protect-tive of phone. Both cases were handled and shipped quickly. I would rate their service great.

I got a cellphone carrier for my iphone but ordered the wrong size. When I contacted support, they were very quick to respond and led me to the correct size for my mobile phone and are sending me another one right away! Great outfit, great customer service and very helpful. Laura

I ordered a screen and phone case. I received an email that they would ship separately. The screen protector came but not the phone case. I sent an email and 4 days later still no reply. I have tried calling and am put on hold for 15-20 minutes before a recording comes on saying they are too busy to take call. A total scam!

Bought a case and screen protector. Got an email saying that they will ship separately. Only received the screen protector. They don't tell you how much shipping is going to be. This is the first time, I've had an experience with them where they did not send my item. No response back from customer service

Crooked business practice!
Website is misleading customer to ordering products with "additional special saving on selected items". Be careful, the advertised "additional 20% or 30%" savings is a TRAP!
Not only that the final amount amount is NOT disclosed at check-out until AFTER the fact, i. E. it is too late to change, reverse or cancel your order when you realized that you are being screwed! And there is no phone number to call to CANCEL your order.
The only way to reach customer service is via Live Chat. But they are playing game until you cave in or give in.
I planned to spend $8 for samsung S8 phone case and ended up being charged over $32 with all misleading gimmicks and tricky "ordering process"!
We must all make a conscious effort to report this scam to BBB and inform all your friends and neighbors to stay away from this biz!

I ordered from them and didn't even get my full order. Only got the things I added onto my shipping for free! They overcharge and than you can't even get in contact with them. EVER. Don't waste your time. I'd rate 0 if I could.

I have had two orders. The product came as described and in a timely manner. No problem there.
However, I have a question about the two products. I have tried for several days to contact them and have gotten no response. I have tried e-mail and several calls over the several days. I called customer support as well as sales. I always get a recorded message urging me to stay on the line or hit 2 for a call back. I am not certain that a call would ever call. At almost 16 minutes of wait, each time, I get a message that they cannot take the call and to call back during regular business hours. I have tried several times of day and no different results. I do not know how anyone could possibly return a defective product if they are unreachable.

Website described a portable charger as being for an LG V20. It isn't. Tried to call. On hold for 30 minutes. Gives me the option to receive a call back. They don't. Tried again; they're not there evenings and weekends. Put in for a return and refund. They email me. I reply. No response.

Simply, these people apply additional products at checkout and it's done in a way that they know they are doing it without you having any control, then try to call them, if you have a half day to screw around. Just Stay away... it's good advice.

If you place an order, you can't cancel it. You don't see the shipping cost until you submit the order and it is outrageous. I have been trying to cancel the order since I placed the order. They say they will connect you with an agent, but they do not. They do not respond to your email, do not have a chat rep, and they do not answer their phones. They do not refund the shipping cost, so you are screwed if you order and try to cancel. I will be reporting to the BBB as a scam. Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Should have no star whatsoever.

I should have read reviews first! Cellular Outfitter website order screen shows the total amount then you confirm order and then it's a new total due that I would not have approved. Received phone case after 8 days and I could have bought it at the Dollar store (99 cent value). It's a split shipment so still waiting on charger and screen protector. Buyer Beware!

I order a case and full screen protector, only got the case which was way to small never got the screen protector or the "free" stylus. I've done what they ask on there web site to send in and ask for a RMA number, I"ve called and I get a recorder, been going on for over 3 weeks now, no RMA# and no address to send back the small case. I will never order from Cellular outfitters. Be aware! 33.00 DOWN THE DRAIN... TOO BAD FOR CELLULAR I HAVE A HUGE FAMILY ALL WITH CELLS... YOU'VE LOST A LOT OF MONEY FROM MY FAMILY/FRIENDS. GOING TO EBAY CHEAPER ANYWAYS... I didn't want to even give a 1 star... but no other choice!

I placed a order on May 20 and only received three of my 7 items. I emailed like 5 times and called over and over and no response even when recordinig says we will give you a call back and never a call back. This is bull that they take your money and does not ship your items.
