Service is good, just wish you had free returns on items that were not what we ordered. No where on the packaging did it say, "for iPhone 6". The case I received was way to large for my phone.
It took a while for customer service to get back with me, but the final outcome was very good! Like to thank Chelsea for all she did for me!
I used the company website to cancel my order with them of a $4 purchase and a $5.99 shipping and handling fee. The product was ordered after shipping times and order was cancelled a couple hours after that on a Friday night. I even tried to call with no luck in getting through. I contacted them twice about cancelling but they shipped on Monday anyway with no communication back to me. Never use them again
I paid for an item, which was lost in transit and they refused to give me a refund. They are also impossible to get on the phone... may even be a scam.

I have had nothing but issues with getting a refund for products that I have not received from this vendor. They eventually send a reply email but nothing EVER happens. I've been waiting a refund for several months now on one item which was backordered but never received. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Plus you can NEVER talk to anyone by phone.
I ordered a phone case, the money was withdrawn from my account, I did not receive a order confirmation email, I have not received an email my order has shipped, and I have not received my order. I have called every day several times a day for the past 1 1/2 weeks with no one answering the phone. I have left my phone number for a call back on their phone system 10 times, with no return call. I have emailed them several times with no response. BUYERS BEWARE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Ordered iphone case arrived broken. No response for 2 weeks from customer service, then the run around for 2 months never received replacement or refund!

After three weeks, and several contacts with CS via email and Fb; was told the item was out of stock and they'd try to get a cancellation approved. 5-weeks and three attempts later... Nothing, and I am done wasting my time trying.
Rip-off.
I am going to file a claim with b. B. b. On this company for fraud and theft of money without any answer from them! If my credit card doesn't have my funds credited by the 28, of june, 2017! This could be a lawsuit in the making if all of the pissed off customers got together and filed!

This company is a joke. NO customer service. Took my money and never sent product. Won't even respond to PayPal on the claim. Nobody answers their phone.

I have been scammed by this company sending me wrong stuff. They never respond to emails so i can send back. Items sold are not what is shown. Do not use this company they are scammers.
They take your money then don't send products do not purchase from this fraudulent company if they do send products it's the wrong one
Stayed on hold for an hour at a time --- 2 days in a row I gave them an hour of my life. OBVIOUSLY not good for a veteran with PTSD. All of our agents are busy assisting other customers at this time ---- when will I be that other customer?
I ordered a cell phone holder Memorial Day on a special deal!. It did not fit my model cell phone although the ad stated it was for that model. I immediately requested a return authorization. It took 5 days to get a response by email. Meanwhile I telephoned customer Service. NO ONE EVER answers the phone, you just get music with no message about wait times etc. I waited for an hour once just to test the system. Finally I received the RA. It cost me $2.50 to ship back including insurance, they charged $9.98 for shipping which is not refundable. I believe this is where they make their money! I heard nothing for three weeks although I sent email messages to request a response - NOTHING! Finally I received an email asking me if I would like to apply my refund to another purchase (not what I put on the form, I asked for a refund). The took another three weeks before I received an email indicating a refund would be posted on my credit card. By the way, I purchase the item on a sale day which offered free shipping from CA to NV. It did not show up on my purchase on line but it did on my credit card. Needless to say, I would NEVER order from this outfit again and I have passed on the message to friend and colleagues. I hope this help someone from having the same bad experience. If I had taken the time to review other customer reviews I would never have purchased from them. All the other reviews complained about the same problems.
Buyer Be Very Aware!
Shortly after buying a new iPhone I ordered a few small accessories from Cellular Outfitters. Delivery was promised within 4-9 days. After two weeks, I tried contacting Cellular Outfitters via their website and an email address I found online. No response whatsoever. The company still has the gaul, however, to send me offers via email. If you are considering a purchase from them, don't. If you have already purchased from them and are wondering if you've been ripped off, you probably have. I am probably fortunate that I am only out a few bucks for a few small accessories. I feel for anyone who has spent much more with them.
I placed an order on June 6 and the tracking said it was delivered by Canada Post on June 8, which is great but on June 13th I had still not received it and when I called Canada Post they said the sender had to place a trouble shoot ticket in order to track the item. So I've emailed 2x to Cellular Outfitters with no response and was on hold for over 20 mins and after being on hold a recording comes on saying it's NOW after hours to call back. No customer service and still haven't received my shipment that I paid for.

It's now June 14.2017: I paid for rush shipping. They shipped my package with the wrong address

Over charge for shipping. I ordered 3 12 volt Nokia chargers and a free pen came with each order, only recieved one pen. Terrible service. Shipping cost come after you push the pay button. I wanted to cancel my order after finding shipping charges were more than what I had bought, no one would answer the phone. Don't shop there, not a honest seller. Invoice # ID *******
I placed an order and started receiving HOURLY marketing emails. This lasted for 2 weeks. No UNSUBSCRIBE was on the email in violation of the Can Spam act. I sent an email to customer service (never anyone to answer the phone) and instructed them to remove my email address from further marketing emails. Again, no response and the emails continue. Now I am receiving more emails that have the UNSUBSCRIBE option but it evidently does not work. I have UNSUBSCRIBED 3 times and the emails continue. If you don't want to be flooded with welcomed emails FOREVER avoid this company. In addition, of the 3 items I ordered, only 2 came and no information as to when the 3rd item will be delivered, if ever. AVOID them.
