Delivery charge did not display online - out of line and much too expensive.

Cancel request was ignored.

Delivery was incomplete (did anyone see location 00-00-00 on the packing slip for the item not delivered?).

No phone support for customer service.

I have just returned the items received, so I am waiting now for the refund, but I am expecting it not to happen. Hopefully my CC company will handle this for me.

Terrible

I returned an incorrect battery to them over a month ago and I still have not received a refund. When I send customer service an email inquiring about the refund, I never get a response.

You are a terrible company that needs to be shut down an d suited. The worst customer service in the nation. Someone warn me about your antics. Where is my refund, from March and April. You lie an d say you are credit my account with $1.79 from $90.00 worth of merchandise. Please send me an email or something explaining to me about the wrong order you me, an d I sent it back.

STEER CLEAR!

This company believes in bait and switch, lying, refusing to unsubscribe me from their e-mail list (despite *3* attempts, each with a confirmation...) This is a TERRIBLE company that lures shoppers in with very competitive prices but lousy customer service, questionable business practices, and zero credibility.

Crappy outfit

I ordered something on April 19th and to this day May 26th I still haven't got it and there's no signs i will ever get it and I've notified them four or five times and they say it's on its way but still nothing. And all I get is some little excuse in an email about it. This company sucks and they have the nerve to send me advertisement to order more stuff. My advice is don't order anything from them.

I placed an order on April 25,2017 for chargers for my Samsung Galaxy 8. I was told the order would ship from two different warehouses. I received one shipment but not the second one. The wireless charger from the first shipment did not work for my phone so I sent an email requesting to return it on May 9,2017. I received a reply stating that my request was pending. After waiting many days and not getting any replies to my emails, I went through Paypal to dispute my payment, Only then was I contacted my customer service. I was finally granted a return authorization on May 23,2017. I sent another email on May 23,2017 requesting information on the other shipment that was never received and as of May 26,2017 there has been no response from customer service, Now my only option it to call my credit card company and dispute the charge for merchandise I returned and merchandise that I did not receive. Beware if you decide to order from this company. This was my first and last order with this company.

Ordered 3 items and received just one. Tried to call them and apparently they no longer have a phone that is working it immediately goes to music and then on their website says it's being fixed. That's been going on for weeks. Sent a dozen emails to them asking where the rest of my order is and the response either has nothing to do with my question or it will show the tracking for the ONE item of THREE I received.
The most unprofessional company ever. STAY AWAY unless you want to get scammed.

The same situation as I read in past reviews. I didn't get a total until the order confirmation came to my email! I Never would have paid $9.97 for shipping on a $14.00 order. They stated on their site that the products I ordered would leave the warehouse that day. They Did Not! My order was sent from two separate warehouses according to my confirmation and it took 10 days to receive my screen protectors that Did Not fit! Their phone system doesn't work so I emailed them. I was told I would receive a refund on part of my order and Did Not! It seems as if there are enough dissatisfied customers here giving poor reviews and that have been ripped off by this company that I am going to look into filling a class action lawsuit. Despicable how they have ripped me off!

Jacka$$es waited 5 or 6 days AFTER order to ship. Then the mofos didn't send both chargers that I ordered. Although that was NOT noted on the packing slip. Charged exorbitant shipping too and it wasn't even expedited! Finally got partial order after waiting 10 long days! I would NEVER order from these yahoos again. EVER!

Ever have a company tell you that shipping and handling will cost MORE than the cost of an item? Well, ok if the item costs 3 bucks. But how about if it's 20 bucks? CO charges 6 bucks for the first item, and then 2 bucks for EACH and every item after that. Their prices at first glance are good, but when you see shipping costs, at the VERY end, they're insane. Oh, they also send about eleventy billion emails a day if you put things in your cart, and don't finalize. I unsubscribed, they still emailed. I emailed support about how their shipping charges were bull$#*!, no response... except another email asking why I wasn't buying yet.

Avoid.

Tried to contact for an immediate cancellation... phone number is not in service. Cannot find chat... e-mail response... informed me about shipping... when I clearly indicated a cancellation as I know the product hasn't been shipped... 4 emails later. And they are completely ignoring my request. From now on... I'm going with Amazon.

Just received an email advising they completely refunded the $15.95 I paid for expedited shipping! I figured my email to them expressing my dissatisfaction would go unnoticed.

Website says product in warehouse and will ship that day. I paid for 2-4 business day expedited shipping. Three days after order I checked status and the shipping label for USPS was JUST printed. Discovered in FAQ that the expedited shipping starts when the order is shipped not when the order is placed. Wish I could give zero star!

Received the wrong cover & the website states that they respond to emails with in 24-48 hours. My first email April 18th & got a response on the 27th! Not only did they send the wrong case, they don't even have the one that I ordered! Now I am waiting another 2 weeks to get some information on how to send it back. Oh yeah, they don't cover the shipping costs to send the wrong thing back. Will never use them again & will let everyone that I know how terrible this company is!

I ordered products. Did not receive a conformation email. However I received numerous sales emails the first had a forward in the subject line that appeared to be sent from a "confirmation email". However there was no confirmation email in the body of the text.
I eventually figured out how to send an email to their "customer service " and received a quick response they were looking into where my package might be. Over 2 hours later, still no response.
I finally found an 800 number that is not in working order. This company is a FRAUD. Why is Google running their ads?
