I regret not reading the reviews of Cellular Outfitter and its horrendous lack of decent customer service before ordering items from them on two separate occasions. The Samsung "fast charger" ordered only months ago worked sporadically but now doesn't charge at all--not even a slow charge when connected all night long. Based on the customer service reviews posted by others, I've decided not to even bother returning my charger, since it's doubtful I'd ever receive a refund. Gwen B

I purchased a customized case from Cellular Outfitters, the most horrible company ever, customer service horrible, they do not honr their so called iron clad guarantee! I been going through this since March they refuse to refund my money the case did not fit my phone, they kept sending me the same email over and over again, I sent the product back they sent the same case back to me again claim to be a new one, was not that was a lie! I would not ever buy from these rip offs again I work hard for my money, but have a good case for a law suite after this will be contacting BBB, And Attorneys General of CA!

I'm extremely frustrated and feel totally scammed by this website. I ordered a cell phone case and a portable battery charger for a Pixel XL. I was excited because I got 40% off of my order. When I went to pay through PayPal the total amount to be authorized was $18.56. Next thing I know I get a notification from PayPal stating that I just paid $29.05 for this order... what?!?! I look at my PayPal account for this charge and see that I was charged tax (which is fine, BUT was NOT included on the total that Cellular Outfitters gave me) AND then I see a shipping charge of $7.98 that was NOT disclosed when I authorized my payment. How sneaky of them... I've submitted a request to have my order cancelled and pray that they make this frustrating & unethical situation right. I'm not holding my breath though. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered glass screen protector for lg g4. Got a generic piece of crap that was to big for my phone. I think what they do is order generic crap and cut it to order. Well they cut this one TOO BIG. The box it came in was a generic piece of crap. Instructions on box so small I had to take a pic and blow it up to read it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

And I put a review on their website. One star and complained. After i hit enter it said my review will be submitted after it has been reviewed. Willing to bet it never makes it because i see only 4 and 5 star reviews on that sight for that product

I tried to give this company less than 1 star but I could not. Do not buy from this company.
I was going to order a product from this company but decided at the last moment not. When I went to cancel my order, the system glitched and went blank. I received several emails showing that I had items still in my cart which I ignored. As a precaution, I wrote through their site to make sure the order was cancelled. 2 days later I received another email stating that my order was sent. I wrote again and told them to refund my money to my credit card as I had not finished the order. I was told that there would be no refund for my shipping cost (even though they sent without my permission) and I would have to return the other stuff for that refund. This company is the worst company ever!

On my last order, after I purchased an item, a 30% discount was offered if I purchased an additional item. Also a 5% discount was said to apply to the order. No discounts were included in the price. After emailing cellularoutfitters, 30% was refunded on the first order. The 5% wasn't. At one time I would order through the Canadian store, as I am in Canada. There was free shipping and delivery was 3-5 days. Though the site sayes its Canadian, it is only a front for US cellular outfitters. Orders are charged for delivery from the US and Canadian taxes are applied, even though the item is purchased from the US. Something isn't right. No where else am I charged Canadian or US taxes when purchacing from the USA. Also the 3-5 day shipping turned to 2-3 weeks. Ordering directly from China is much cheaper with no taxes.
