I have ordered a couple times from Cellular Outfitter and have had great experiences. They live up to product quality and delivery is fast. I'm always surprised when the package arrives because it is so quick.
1st time I ordered it was wrong items sent so I thought maybe first time order confusing! So I give them a opportunity "2nd chance" different product ordered for different phone accessories. And once again Im tracking down my order. I will never do business again. I recommend them to anyone never again.
Without a doubt, Cellular Outfitter is a dynamic, cutting edge company that goes above and beyond to ensure ALL customers get the best care. Their customer service is first-rate and top-not. And I don't say that about student loan companies Sallie Mae Navient, ECMC and NELNET because they have horrendous customer service. Moving on, Cellular Outfitter have an EXCELLENT variety of various products and accessories for Apple IPhones, MP3 players and smartphones like my LG X-Power. They saved me money and they do the same for ALL customers. Why would anyone with an IPhone or Android smartphones spend between $40-$45 on products at the Apple Stores, AT&T, Verizon, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro-PCS and Sprint stores to put people's hard-earned money in these cellphone companies' pockets. These same items are available on Cellular Outfitter for $9.99 & up, with customers saving money that they can use for groceries. Fadi has been an EXCELLENT customer service representative for Cellular Outfitter. He went above and beyond in helping me today due to his kindness, professionalism, courteous and friendly manner. Fadi and his colleagues all deserve increased raises because they make it easier for all customers to shop. Cellular Outfitter's a very reputable and consistent company that maintains outstanding knowledge, problem-solving, product quality and EXCELLENCE. I've been a 2-year customer and I will remain a life-long customer.
Both wallet cases were very nice. I wish the Eiffel Tower one was magnetic like the dragonfly leather one.
The service is quick, easy, and - very important to me - friendly. Some companies imagine that you cannot be friendly and professional. Well, yes you can, and the staff at CellularOutfitter proved it to me every time I had a contact with them. Thanks!:-)

The website is very misleading. I was purchasing a IPhone case for $13.97. When the final page comes up to review your purchase it show no charge for shipping. Therefore, I assumed shipping is free. When I hit the submit button to finalize the purchase it goes through but added $10 for shipping. This is so upsetting and when I called they would not answer the phone. I had to dispute it through paypal to get a refund. Do not buy from these people
Your web site is easy to use. And the cases look like the pictures. I will use it again and tell people where I got my phone cases when asked.

They claimed it was for a lg stylo but it did not fit. It knows I have a lg stylo it brings them up automaticly. This is why I'm so dissappointed.
