I had no issues. I call customer service they answer promptly. Did not like shipping hidden cost but my phone case arrived within 2 days. Love the case and perfect fit. Very nice quality. But the web site did not let me know my case was on the way only ship. Went to my mail box and there it was. Very happy customer.

Ur shipping charges are outrageous! Will shop with Amazon from now on! And their was no itemized invoice, & I was sent screen protectors that I DID NOT order!

The case is great fit, but the clip onto the case the clip broke in a matter of 2 weeks, very unhappy with that
I really like the fact that you offer quality leather holders, instead of plastic. My case is sleek, and I dont have to carry a big wallet with the sleeves in it for my basic cards!

Never got my case. They had incorrect and inconsistent shipping times. Said it left warehouse today when purchasing my case, it didnt. It left 3 days later. The site said said 1-4 business days fir deliver. Usps said 10. They didnt every send me tracking info on the case itself. However they kindly sent me tracking info for the cheap stylus and plastic scratch protector that they add on to your purchase. Been checking my emails since hoping to see something for my phone case. It looks to me like this is a scam. 0 stars if i could put it. Their customer service line keeps you on hold so long that you end up just wanting to hang up.
I well definitely recommend this website to my friends for phone cases I've several friends who have asked about my phone cover but they haven't got the same kind of phone that I have but most of the time we talk about other things beside phones

I bought twice a custom cell phone case. The 1st one got damage in a few weeks. I couldn't find my receipt to return then I decided to order another one. I meant too ( I was stupid) I kept one and I returned the second one. The one I kept has been already damaged (again) and the one I returned they claimed that they did not received. I believe the gave a "false" address. Tomorrow I will call my Credit card to start a dispute to see if I can have my money back.
PLease don't buy from them. They resell "bad" quality merchandise from China. They charged me $20 for a case that last few weeks. If I buy at dollar store I could be much happier.
