Bought two Note 4 fast chargers on 2/12/2017 and one quit charging 2 days later, and the other quit charging after 9 days. Saw that they were made in Chine and wondered if these were actually the real Samsung chargers as advertised for sale. People seem to love their cases they receive from this company, but don't buy the electronics from them.
Got a new phone case for my lg stylo 2 and i absolutely love it! Delivery was very fast and it was just what i have been looking for.
If I could put zero stars I would. I purchased a custom case on Jan 30. I later read it would take 5-7 business days to print then 4-10 business days to ship, which wasn't stated before my purchase. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email when it shipped. After waiting more than 7 business days I contacted them by email and theirritated staff had very short business hours. Someone finally emailed me saying that their policy actually states they need up to 10 business days to print and process. So I waited longer than 10 business days after my original purchase date and contacted them again and they said it was almost ready to ship. It has now been 16 business days, (Feb. 21) and I have no confirmation email for shipping and no phone case. I filed a claim with my bank to reverse the payment that they took outhe almost immediately. Horrible excuse of a company.
The prices are good and they have a lot of different things, good quality. They give you discounts. Fast shipping

I just ordered a phone wallet with free shipping, but when I paid for it, there was a $5.99 shipping fee, I will never shop here again with this type of service, dishonest.

I ordered 2 items January 9 and paid through PayPal. A few hours later I cancelled the order and also advised PayPal not to pay for the order. I received a call on January 11 from Cellular Outfitter offering to reduce my shipping charges, I said no, cancel and since PayPal ignored my instructions, asked Cellular to refund my money immediately.
Cellular sent out the order anyway on January 14. I filed a dispute with PayPal but it is going nowhere. Cellular are not responding to PayPal on the dispute.
I am a senior citizen on a very low pension, I need this money. If this is how they treat people, stay away from them and PayPal as well.
Have been buying from Cellular outfitter for about 3 years. Good products at very good prices. Had a issue and they replaced quickly
