Received an item w/broken strap, contacted customer service on-line and they sent out a new cover and strap the very next day - no charge of course! Ordered a few items for me and my co-workers, noticed after check out that the promotional discount wasn't applied. E-mailed customer service and they handled rapidly the same day. They also keep you updated with current status e-mails. Great customer service, products, and the best prices!
Since being introduced to this website I order all the time. Love it. Also now have my cousin hooked
I will never use this site again. Used twice and wasn't worth the confusion. Once my order was placed and my payment method was confirmed, the shipping was astronomical. For close to &10 for shipping, it took over 2 weeks to be delivered. Had to get an act if congress to find any confirmation that an offer was even submitted. Requested a confirmation email with tracking and purchase info. Took 3 days to even get a reply. Customer service us nonexistant. Could have made my own case in less time and without all the extra stress
Overall pleased but didn't need the pen or extra screen protector and 7.95$ shipping and took a week!
The case was a big hit with my daughter. Looks like it will also protect the phone well. CellularOutfitter was easy to order from and at a great price!
I have received 1/2 my merchandise within days of ordering. I am not disappointed in anything I ordered. The only problem I have is with the smell. Leather doesn't smell so bad. It is in my bags very strongly... and I need any ideas how to get rid of the odors.

I purchased a leather wristlet for my. Phone and. Loved it so much I bought a leather wallet for my phone as well. Both items were delivered to me in a matter.of a couple days.

I love the way I am able to remove my phone from the case due to the magnets. A little disappointed in how the brown dye seems to rub off and it looks more black than brown.
Also impressed how quickly it came, esp for following a link through Facebook.
Given the retail prices I was a bit skeptical when originally placing my order for (5) IPhone 7 Cases. I need not have been! My entire order was received in a couple of days; (quicker than expected), and all the phone cases appear to to be of very high quality, and all cases fit snug and tight! Overall, I was very pleased with the order process and the products received! I wold highly recommend this company and its products to any IPhone owner!
Pricing was great showed no shippin until after you place order then double the order price for shipping. Tried to cancel no one responded until said shipped. Then read that have to click on the shippin link, no where does it state that while ordering. Just not happy and case is fading in only a week
I order some nice cases for my phone for very cheap, plus the more u spend the more percentage you can get off your order. I definitely recommend this place
