Bought many apple lightning cables for a couple dollars each, they never lasted more than a month or two (a couple burned out, caught fire, the rest came apart - very cheap assembly) but they were cheap. I give it 5 stars because every other lightning cable I've gotten from other reputable retailers eventually break too.
They had other items that were of fantastic quality, like a very compact case containing a screwdriver and a massive set of obscure bits, for very cheap. Best store ever, too bad they've closed. I imagine it was a lawsuit that took them out :(

I was a HUGE fan AND customer of cellphoneshop.net. I got ALL of my cell phone accessories from them. Cases, car chargers, extra home charging cables, audio cables, screen protectors, bluetooth headphones, etc., etc., etc. The same cases I bought on cellphoneshop.net for $4.99 + FREE shipping were listed at $19.99 - $39.99 at my service providers store. What a joke. I bet AT & T, Sprint, Verizon, & T-Mobile bought their accessories from cellphoneshop.net, repackaged it, & sold it at a 500% profit. I wished cellphoneshop.net would come back. I NEVER had a problem with them. Shipping was free. Orders arrived by estimated date, or before. Sometimes, if I ordered 2 or 3 items that were $1.99, they would send me an extra one. Sometimes 2! I dont know why I see so many negative reviews about this organization. Maybe the Big Boys (AT & T, Sprint, Verizon, & T-Mobile) put em outta business?

This has for the last fifteen years the best cell phone add-ons place there is. They were in Shanghai China, the had the best shipping of anyone on the internet, it was overnite for 11.95$ and it always got here. I did thousands of dollars with them and NEVER once had a issue. Did Amazon buy them out? Wow this blows, they had great deals on off Chinese manufactured stuff, but also had OEM and Manufacturer Genuine Parts for great prices, If they are out there, COME BACK, amazons ok, but I like the little guys better, and faster too. Awful. Do not use this site. Unusually for me I did not check reviews before ordering. Four weeks later, having waited an excessive time for delivery of an iPad case with keyboard, which I returned immediately as it was shoddy, I am still awaiting a refund. I followed their instructions to the letter and now they're asking if I have proof of posting, which i have. I get the impression that they are like Ryan Air and will do everything possible to cheat you. God knows where they are really based. Despite the UK address and phone number, all activity is happening a long way from these shores.

They always send me functioning products every single time I buy from them. I will not say they have always been excellent quality, but the lowest life of any One thing I bought was about 3 months, and that was a belt holster for an older phone. I'm somewhat at fault because i put pressure on it. Anything else still works to this day. Been using usb plugs and extensions, screen protectors, cases, etc, and its been over a year and more for some products.

I think these reviews are a mix of sabotaging the company and some others are just bitter buyers who refused to contact the company and resolve matters.

I just bought some products from them about 5 minutes ago, and plan on getting another case here in another couple minutes.

I've ordered three or four times and never had a problem with the items or with shipping time. People need to realize you get what you pay for. Buying an OEM cell phone battery for 2.99 instead of $49.99, of course it may not hold the charge as long, but to me it is worth the low price. I can buy the OEM battery 10 times and still last longer and cost less than one original battery at the phone store. Of course, if people receive items that don't work or don't have the full amp power needed, that's a problem. I've dealt with other Hong Kong companies that have taken my word for a problem and sent me a replacement without having to return ship the old. Too bad cellphoneshop doesn't seem to do that. But my experiences have all been good with them so far.

This was my go to for everything mobile. Now, I need some things only to find they're closed. Great products and service. I was able to stay up on new gadgets because of them. I agree with all the great comments here. It's been awhile since I bought something but as Player sang, "Baby come back!"

I wonder if any of these people even bought from the cell phone shop as stories seem to be made up. I too have bought hundreds of items for many many years -- I am thinking that it has been about 10 to 15 years every time I get a new phone. The order was lost one time only in the beginning and they just resent the order. Other than that I have never ever had a problem. The service from hong kong was cheap and fast. I always ordered the minimum amount that was needed to get the free shipping (20.00?)

I've been buying from this company for years. I understand how people can be a little disappointed of the 'quality' items their purchasing for $4 but for me, personally, I'd rather go through them for my random mobile needs than Amazon - any day.

I've never been charged for shipping, because I spend the $30 minimum to receive free shipping. Why? Because $30 at cellphoneshop.net gets me a hell of a lot more than the $60 I'd spend on just a single Battery replacement for my cellphone, I can get four from CPS.net at that point, plus a case and a charger for my laptop just so I have an extra one - and just 'cause it's cheap enough.

I love the site, have never had a complaint, never paid more money than was viewed in the shopping cart and always received my items in a timely manor.

I have been, well, was now, shopping at cellphoneshop.net for years. Always ordered my accessories from there and NEVER had a problem. Yea it may have taken more than a few days to get here, but that's customs for you. It's not CPS.net's fault. Everything i ordered worked as it was supposed to. Never had a problem with anything i ordered. Hope they come back soon!

I have ordered in the past and most of the things worked. Some did not but since it was so cheap I did not bother to spend the return costs for another that might also be defective. Recently I ordered a custom case for my phone, but they sent the wrong one, now I have invested quite a lot for something I can't use and they did not respond to my email. I will not take the chance again. There are other places to buy inexpensively.
