Stay away! I would get a less than one star rating if there was. Their customer care does NOT show that they care customer at all! Just rude! Doesn't even take on any responsibility at all! Never would buy anything from cellphoneshop.net any more!

Ordered two Jawbone Era BT Headsets; one had call quality issues so I returned it (at my expense). I moved during this time and needed them to ship the replacement to an address eight miles away. They wanted an additional $4.99 to change the address. I called to explain that I did not move 400 miles away, so the cost is the same (would have happily paid any cost ABOVE what it cost to send it to the original address). Called customer service and they hid behind "company policy". Everyone knows company policy is flexible, we're humans and not every situation is covered by policy. Will never do business again.

I have ordered Samsung S! Customized case, as a valentine gift for my hubby. I just got 1 email when i ordered it. Now no emails from them. I sent two emails asking for approx delivery date but no response yet :(. Just hoping they should send it on time with good quality product.

I used to love CellPhoneShop.net. Their prices were great and fast delivery. However I strongly suggest you buy your items elsewhere. I bought a Motorola Bluetooth car speaker phone from them as a gift. It was defective. I know this as I'd bought one for myself, same model months ago from them, which works great. CellPhoneShop has refused to refund the shipping & handling fee, so not only am I out the money to receive it, I have to pay to send it back. I phoned them and tried to explain after their email refusal to refund the S&H fee. They said wait and see, they'd send me an email in 24 hours. They sent me an email and again denied the refund of the S&H fee even though the item was defective. I've been ordering stuff from them for years, never complained, never asked for a refund before. WARNING! Do not buy anything you might need to return. They do not honor their merchandise.

I bought chargers and plugs 2 started on fire. And the USB cables do not work. I contacted them they said they would refund and never did. Now they will not respond to my emails. I will never buy from this place again and I will warn all my friends. Good thing we were there when the plug started on fire. Stay away rip off not even worth the price. My house could have started on fire from their crap and they just ignore your email.

I ordered a solar powered cell phone charger from this website. The order was never delivered. Upon calling the company, they accused me of lying and would not refund my money or send me another order. They were unprofessional and rude. It is a scam, do not waste your time or money!

After not getting the product I requested a refund. After being ignored I threatened legal action and was refunded within hours. Speaks for itself really. My best advice is use paypal or credit card and protect your money. I got nowhere on my own and only got refund after getting paypal involved. Thank you paypal but no thanks to cellphoneshop

Um wow, read some of the other reviews and was very surprised.

Have ordered 4-5 times from here and never had any problems (also never needed customer service for anything). I have purchased cell phone belt clips & cell phone covers without problems. Amazing prices but I guess that also has to do with the fact I knew exactly what I needed for what make/model of phone(s).

These guys are from Hong Kong, not California. They charge the maximum shipping and handling, then ship via regular mail. I never received my ordered electronic items, which would have fit inside a regular first class mail envelope. Avoid placing orders from cellphoneshop.net and save yourself some frutstration.

Never again...

Never again... I ordered power cords for my IPhone 5... not long after receiving them one went bad... I emailed the company and they did replace it, however, by the time I received it the other one went bad also. I contacted company and now they say basically "too bad". I told them it was Fine... I can live with that, but I will make sure I post a review to warn others... So pay a little more but stay away from this sight...

Hi, I'm from Toronto, Canada. I ordered mobile charger on Oct 14,2014 n today is Nov 11,2014. Still I did not receive my order. I called to their call center on 6th Nov, 2014. First time an Indian lady lifted said I'll receive my order in 2 days. N from then on, I tried calling customer service but it will get disconnected automatically.It's my f***ing fault. Even though I read bad reviews about this website I ordered charger. God knows whether I will receive by this year or no. Guys, Plzz don't purchase any stuff from cellphoneshop.net.

This online shop is fraud, STAY AWAY!

I bought USB cable for iPhone 5s. It was $1.29 so decided to buy.
However, they sent me a broken one. Not working at all.

They have 14 days return policy so I sent them email and I asked for replacement, but I haven't hear from them over a week now.

Guys, if you don't want to waste your time, just shop at other places, not here!

I bought and paid for a replacement battery for a Kindle on June 3. I didn't see the coupon for free shipping, but just placed the order, agreeing to pay $5.99 for First Class Mail shipping. I took 3 days for it to get to the nearest scan in Hebron, Kentucky. I finally got a confirmation on June 16, for scheduled delivery on June 25. I sent them an email, and the reply said it was shipped directly from their "overseas factory," and would arrive in 5-7 days. Overseas, like in Kentucky? They never did address my question about First Class Mail, which was also stated in their order confirmation. It turns out they shipped it via Parcel Post (now called Package Services), which for a little battery cost them more than to send it via First Class. Basically, they're a bunch of incompetent liars.

Really terrible!

Really terrible! They do not show you the total price before buying. So, attempting to look at how much faster shipping would cost, I spent 29 dollars on shipping on a $4 product! They never answered my email about canceling the order, so I'm stuck with a $30 phone cord.

These people are scam artists selling 3rd world electronic products. They will never give you an address to return a product. They only way they will track your order is by order confirmation code- not by name - email - credit card - they play dumb and say they cant help you.
American Express was so frustrated with them that they refunded my purchase!

I used their site for a number of years. Everytime I upgraded to a new phone, I'd go to this online store and get all the accessories I could think of DIRT CHEAP. Car charger? $1.99! Want a 10-foot charging cable instead of the 3 foot cord your phone came with? $3.99!

Basically, you could get the 3-4 accessories you needed for like 15% of what you'd pay at any US location. It would take a few weeks to arrive from Asia, and the packaging was crumby, and I ONCE had an accessory that arrived that didn't work. But ultimately, it was a SUPER cheap way to outfit yourself with new/neat phone accessories for each new phone you'd ever own. Now the site is offline, and those dreams of cheap and easy accessories are gone.

Well, this sucks :/

Ordered from this cellphoneshop.net due to great prices. The site and invoice emails said shipping would be "up to 10 business days." TWENTY days later and no item. When I called to cancel the order I was told "It's marked to be there tomorrow." Nope. When I called to cancel they said "No problem, credit card will be refunded in ~5 business days." At least THAT part went well.
But why were they so quick-and-willing to refund my order... like they do this all the time?!?!
Funny... the battery finally came and the package was beat to shreads. I really am not one for hyperbole, but I will NEVER order from this company again. If they wer the only ones who had the battery... I'd buy a new phone.
As others have said - RUN from this site!

Oh, No! I just went to refer my sister to their website and found out it was closed. Best place to get phone. IPad, computer accessories CHEAP! I just got a custom iPhone case with a picture of my grandson on it... 10.00 great case. Please reopen! Great prices. Great Service. Ok. It took a bit to get here... but it was coming from the other side of the world. It was worth the wait. Please Come Back!

Don't waste your time and money on anything from this website. You probably will never receive it. On May 10 I order a customized phone case for my mother. I called 2 weeks later to be told it was being shipped from China and got delayed in the mail. 3 weeks after that I called only to be told that it got lost in the mail. Wasn't informed of any of this through an email. I should have gotten my refund then but instead I went through hell to give the man over the phone the shipping address again when he could hardly understand English. Called again today on July 7 and demanded my refund because there had been no progress made on my case being delivered to me. Absolute BS.
