It's been over 1 1/2 yrs since ordering from them, but they've always had excellent deals although their tech support is clueless. I received items much quicker (less than month+) by using certain types of coupons (forget details) over others. You also have to know, yourself, exactly what you want and how to translate pseudo "Chinese/English" occasionally. Example: Dongle is actually "their" word for a transmitter.
