I have ordered in the past and most of the things worked. Some did not but since it was so cheap I did not bother to spend the return costs for another that might also be defective. Recently I ordered a custom case for my phone, but they sent the wrong one, now I have invested quite a lot for something I can't use and they did not respond to my email. I will not take the chance again. There are other places to buy inexpensively.

You people are trying to kill the golden goose with your lousy comments. I have ordered hundreds of things from this site and some things may not have worked as well as expected but the item was so cheap - who cares! 90% of what I did order worked just fine and now I cannot even find the site to order my Nokia Chargers or my batteries for the Nokia phone or the head phones and blue tooth items that always worked and worked well. Thanks a lot, now I have to buy from Amazon for two or three times the price.

Not sure what all the fuss is about but I've ordered from them about 5 times and have never had an issue. People have to be realistic about quality. If you're spending $3 on a car charger, you can't have it both ways and get mad because it's not the best car charger you ever bought. Just have a realistic expectation that their prices are great but for a reason. I've ordered from them 5 times and multiple items each time and only once had a case that broke (the belt clip snapped off). Other than that, no issues! All the chargers are still working after over a year and the cases i bought (other than the one) are still in great condition.

Thry had great product selection very good prices would promptly respond to any problem, they even sent me a cable free when I lost it to my wireless Bluetooth keyboard I bought from them 4
Months before! Not sure what happened to them. But it was a loss. I can't find anyone like it on the internet anymore. You have to go to many different sources to get items they carried under one roof.

They have very good price BUT quality wise is VERY LOW. I bought many things from them during the last year or so and the last thing i bought was 2 battery chargers and it comes with 4 aa and 4aaa battery. Battery dont hold a charge for more than a few days. What upset me the most, i read all their reviews, 3 pages all saying these batt/chargers are good except 1 or 2 thats not good. So i go back to their site to give my opinion, they dint even post it and now theres only 1 page left instead of 3. So they seems to only post good comments and thats like lying to the public.

Loved that company.

I ordered from them many times over the years. I was always happy with their products, service prices and customer service. The reason I first bought from them was that I felt prices everywhere else were outrageous and the products were of no better quality. I had heard once that many of their items were items that had been return but were checked to be sure they worked, just like the CPO items sold by some manufacturers at a discount. I'm happy with that. I missed the company and have now found a similar company that resembles cellphoneshop.net. It is cellphonecases.com. I would be thrilled if I found out that they are actually the same company operating under a different name. I haven't ordered from this company yet, but I certainly will.

I wish I would have read reviews on this company and realized that they were in Hong Kong before I placed my order. I ordered two Galaxy Note 2 pens which took 3 weeks to arrive. One was actually in the package cracked and broken, and the other is not working properly with my phone, i.e.the pen "drags" between letters and words which renders it useless to me. Highly unsatisfied.

Suprised to hear all the negatives. I have had nothing but good service and a decent product from my last 3 purchases in 2 moths from CellPhoneShop. The price was right for my cables and adapters and shipping was certainly within the normal time frames of any company out there. Communications went smoothly as did the whole transaction.
I will probably buy from them again.

Kindle Fire HD case/cover I ordered arrived directly from China reeking of some horrid, bizarre chemical smell. I can't possibly use it! There's nothing on the website to indicate you are ordering from China. Makes me nervous about the car charger I also ordered, and now I hesitate to try it.
This site came up first when I googled Kindle cover, which must be the result of some system of payments to be put first. I didn't realize this was such a risk, as I'm not accustomed to double-checking normal-looking websites. Mistake!

Absolute fake products. The ratings are fake too, if you put a lower rating it doesn't show.
There is no customer service, and their products are dangerous.
I bought an in car charger which melted and blew my car stereo. Fortunately there were no children present at the time. They should be banned by trading standards.

I ordered a Plantronics bluetooth from their site and when it didn't show in the advertised 10 (working) days, found this forum and feared the worst. I emailed them and they mentioned something about stricter customs screening which I took to be stalling tactics. Anyway, the item arrived a few days later, in perfect condition so no complaints here.

I have ordered from this company quite a few times, always getting what I ordered and in a timely matter. The last order I placed with them was in Oct. There was a problem getting my stuff. I sent an email and the order arrived a week or so later. The package had gone threw Customs more than any other packages before and the company is no longer taking orders. I just received the same items today and these had been thoroughly inspected by Homeland Security. Not sure what CellPhoneShop go caught up in doing, but I won't be ordering from them anymore, (If they ever get back in business)

Ordered a cell phone case and never got it. 7 to 10 days is their line, but I am sure they took my money and had no intention of sending any product. Great scam! Gee, I am thinking of starting an internet company that sells things and never sends the product. Such a concept.

Never buy product from this company again. You will regret. The products are having low quality. I bought the cellphone cover with useless screen cover, the iphone charger cable is not working. If you email them, no reply more than 48 hours. If you call the customer service, it is in India, they will be sorry for what happened but they are unable to solve the problem. If you return, you need to pay shipment fee.

When a price seems too good The product was defective. The bluetooth headphone would not hold a charge. I returned it immediately and they sent another with the exact same problem, which I returned as well. Now they won't replace OR refund. This is a racket being run from out of the country. Go to a reputable US dealer and pay the going rate. Save yourself the aggravation and the money.

Nearly everything I ordered from them was amazing and at the most reasonable prices I could imagine. Fun gadgets to try out for very little! My only complaint was with charging cords - they never lasted too long, because the casings were thin and wore out quickly. And they were only a dollar or two anyway! Everything else was always as promised. Thanks!

I have purchased cell phone accessories from this site on numerous occasions and thought everything was grand. That is until I received a cell phone case that was clearly defective and looked as it has been used, badly. I waited a week and a half for the thing to get delivered and then the only way to get in touch with the company to send it back was through e-mail, which they are very slow at, so it took me another two weeks to send it back. Now the company's policy is to not send you a replacement until they receive the original which the shipping is paid for by the customer. So I send it back and then receive an email a week later saying they are now out of stock and asking if I would like a refund. Not of all my expenses, but only of the original purchase price. No refund for shipping either way, no special discounts, and no compensation of any kind. I will never use this website again, it was a giant waste of a month of time all while leaving my brand new $300 droid unprotected.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a solar cellphone charger. I placed the order 3 weeks earlier. But when I called to to get answers on the location of my package---USPS said it was sitting in a distribution center---I got inept customer service agents who were uninterested in the fact that the package was well over the delivery time I paid for. One agent had no answers for me, he just became flustered and hung up. I called back and got the same treatment from the supervisor. I'm still waiting on my package, now into the forth week after I ordered it. I will never order from Cell Phone Shop again.
Advice for anyone who reads this... steer clear of this company. If their customer service is this bad, I'm afraid to think of how bad the quality of their products must be, especially coming from China.

Added $18 for shipping without ever confirming with me the price for shipping. Their online ordering only shows that after you've already paid. Very sneaky business practice. Based on all the other reviews here it's clear that this business doesn't care at all about customers.
