I ordered a bluetooth plantronics earpiece on Nov 22nd which never arrived. I contacted them and I was asked to give it a few more days which I did to no avail. I then looked for a full refund and this was granted and appeared in my paypal account 5 days later. I was disappointed at not receiving the goods but I appreciated the refund without any hassle.

The cables they sell are junk. I order them because they are inexpensive. The website itself works fine and easy. Shipping is easy and have used returns with no problem. But the iphone cables they sell will likely work a couple times. Really low quality.
Run! Ordered on nov. 26 never recieved order then on dec. 20 after fightng for over a week i was finally told i could have my refund and it would be in my account in 4 to 5 days, total lie took 13 days! Dont waste your time worse than horrible. Also everyone is right about the horrible customer service with no manager or answers by phone and terrible short rude half answers by email.
I got my order and it worked and still does. I was satisfied. I still want to buy from them but I can't. I was shocked to see that the website was closed. I don't know why people are saying this company is a fraud. I don't think so and people could just be lying to bring them down so they can steal their customers. I hope they re-open in another name.?
I ordered two lightning cables, and I now have two usb extensions which I didn't order, can't test, as I still have no cable, and after reading the reviews, not much hope of resolution. On the plus side, the cables were very cheap, but like I said I have't tested to see if they work.
They have estentially stolen from me by charging shipping, when free shipping was advised, with the charge not visble at checkout - only added after payment authorised.

I ordered things for my iphone 5, came in 5 days not 7. Well packaged. Otterbox looks authentic and feels authentic, but came withquestionable squeegee card. Feels safe enough for me not to care. All 10 ft charging cables worked. 30 to lightning adapters worked, but prompted 'not authentic ' message from phone. Bought another case that fit as well.
Shop smart! Never give out your creditcard number to small shops! Be realistic, make small purchases so as to not get ripped off! And read! So you dont blame your ignorance on the store! I personally had a really good experience, and its unfortunate to see so many with negative experiences, but i have to give credit where it is due.
Well, bad me for not looking deeper into the reviews. I was told to approve the image (I bought a personalized cell phone case) within 12 hours. I did within 7. No reply or adjustment. I called customer service. Rude and ignorant. I did receive the case within 8 days of payment. It is, without an exception, the flimsiest case one could buy. A dollar store would sell a studier case. It says "head case". Noting hard about it. You could twist it like a pretzel. Didn't fit the phone snugly; the picture I sent them was grainy (a professional had done the picture taking). Never again will I go through an online service. Ebay or Amazon; they at least protect the consumer from fraudulent and thieves like this company.
Complete rip-off. I ordered three BTI002 Bluetooth audio dongles and now have 3 red and blue flashing Christmas tree ornaments. I tried them all with various bluetooth devices and not one of them works. Contacted support who expressed no surprise and just offered "store credit". If you're lucky it looks like you might get cr*p that works but it will certainly always be cr*p.
Stay away from this site, they say they are in BC Canada but send items from China.
The items they sell are knock offs and inferior.
The customer service is pathetic. I can't believe PayPal deals with this outfit. I will be opening a resolution with PayPal.
I have not ordered from cellphoneshop.net for a few months only to be redirected to a different site when I tried to open the webpage. I have been an avid customer of cellphoneshop.net for since 2008. They have been forthcoming and have refunded my money in a timely manner whenever I have to return defective items. This without questions asked. In fact, I am still using the items I purchased through cellphoneshop.net for a very reasonable price. I am a proud owner of a Bluetooth device who normally caused over $130 retail for less than $30. I am sure that some people run into similar issues even with local businesses. It is a shame that such company who caters to customers who can afford less for more will now have to do without.
I have ordered several items over the course of the last 5 or 6 years. I have never had a problem with anything from Cell Phone Shop. I have always received my orders in a week or so. All items have been of good quality for the price I paid for them. I just got a new phone and was looking forward to ordering some items from them for it. I am dishearted to see that this site is no longer in operation. I hope that they end up back up and running soon!
I will not purchase anything from this site again. I bought a cell phone charger for my iphone 5s and it stopped working in less than a month. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to pay shipping back, which frankly was more than the charger. They said they could not pay for shipping, despite the fact that the device was defective. Be careful what you buy on this site. It's better to pay more and get a product that works!
Stay away, no matter how good the price is. I have been trying to get my second order for over a month now. The email response is very slow in coming and very lame. I am intrested in one item they had on their site so i thought i would try them one more time. It takes about five emails before you get a decent reply. I don't think they have anyone who speaks enough English nor do they care either.
The products are crap once you get them and just try, just try to return something to them. Hahahahahahahah what a joke that is. It's impossible the way they have their return policy set up.
Ordered a 10ft. Replacement cord for my iPad. Received a strange 10-in-1 usb connector in which 1 of the 10 was an iPad connection. The cord was only 6 inches long. The product worked as a recharging cord, but my computer didn't recognize the iPad when connected to it. Cheaply made, and the other connections had bent prongs.
I'd return it, but if the other reviews are correct (and I have no reason to believe they aren't), all attempting a return would do is make me lose more money on shipping.
Prices sound great and the search tools on the site are good, but don't order from them if you actually need it. They "offer" FexEx Priority and next business day services but it takes them two to four days to read their mail or to ship. In orther words you just spend $19.99 for shipping that actually will take 4-5 days (i. E., about the speed of first class mail).
If I could put no stars I would. I ordered a 10 ft. Lightning cord for IPad Air for $4.99. I had to pay $4.99 for shipping. Ridiculous! They are making money on shipping because it certainly didn't cost that to ship it. It did not work I wrote them they promptly responded offering a replacement if I returned it or store credit. I told them I was not going to pay another shipping charge as it was not my fault it did not work and I did not want a store credit. They stopped responding after that. I have snt them 2 more e-mails since asking for my replacement. Any reputable company would absorb the shipping and send you a new one. Do not buy from them save yourself the hassle it's not worth the money you save because now I'm out $10.00.
I love cellphoneshop.net! I have never had a problem in the 9 yrs I have been using them. I am freaking out a little bit right now though. This was my go to. I rely don't know what I am going to do now. Sad Face.
The Lightning connections they sold me did not work. I emailed for instructions for a refund. After six emails and spending $6+ to return the items I have still not received a refund. They used lots of delay tactics like "Please tell us what you ordered. What type of phone do your have? What iOS? Would you accept store credit rather than a refund? We didn't receive your return. Where did you send it? Do you have a tracking number?" blah blah blah...
I have ordered from them several times & never had a problem. Glad I ordered my $21 wireless headphones. They are perfect when I go to the gym or walk the dogs. Sorry to see them go. Does anyone have a replacement site?

Answer: There is a web site http://www.cellularoutfitter.com that looks alot like cell phone shop and I thought that maybe they had changed thier name. I emailed them and asked if they were cell phone shop and got no answers. They also don't seem to have as much stuff as cell phone shop. The prices are about the same. Like I said I used them for over 10 years and never had a problem.
