We purchased their Etsy connector for our BigCommerce store. It was difficult to implement and only got worse as we started to use it. Inventory did not sync correctly and we spent every morning on a chat with them while they tried to figure out what was broken. After about a month we decided to cut our losses and go with Sellbrite. Their support department was responsive and did fix a majority of the issues, but we were left with huge inventory issues.
24/7 support is a scam. You'll be left hanging after the *Free support is over. Even if the plugin itself has issues, you'll have no choice but to pay for their upsell.
Lots of bugs and issues.
Half baked product - they purposely don't develop it so you can pay for their custom upsell

6 months down the line since I purchased their plugin, my products are not listing properly on Jet. They have one of the worst support, they are not even partnered with Jet.com and never able to resolve issues due to that.
I bought in Sep 2017 before holiday season and my products were listing incorrectly, and 6 months down the line I still have the same issue.
Not to mention that I spent multiple hours, my staff spent at least 100 hrs on working with them with no positive outcome.
I will strongly recommend not to purchase this plugin.

They sell 500 USD Plugin for onboarding products to Zalando.
Nothing working. We wanted to pay more to get this going finally and fix any occuring errors. Completely unresponsive team which kept ignoring us for months and just wasted our time.
Can only recommend you to stay away from them.
I had their application to integrate with Google Shopping. During the trial period it worked. Their application failed on me shortly after I paid them. I contact them and requested they fix it. I received no response. Following this I filled a dispute with paypal, one of their managers contacted me almost immediately told me the person who was supposed to be monitoring my account was in the hospital. He expressed his heartfelt apologies and oh so sorry won't happen again. I monitored performance for awhile and it worked. For a little while. It broke and cost me 100's of dollars in products I had already shipped to customers because Google never received the tracking numbers. Their solution was to offer me 2 more free months of their junk software that didn't work. These guys shouldn't legally be allowed to operate in the US in my opinion they have no concept of the term FRAUD! They are liars plain and simple and don't stand behind their product.

The worst company ever. Do not trust them, the softwares, apps will give you headaches and trouble. Customer support is almost as bad as the softwares if not worst. You will not get a refund, these Indians are very greedy. Take your money to where something is good not this bad programs.

I was requested to give an extensive review, so I would. Overall it is a useful plugin, the support is good, and customization works are reasonable. However the plugin is incomplete and you are requested to pay for customization (despite functionality advertised on website), documentation severely lacking and needs to be extensively tested to ensure it meets your needs.
Pros:
1. Technical support is excellent. They had resolved all their technical issues within reasonable time frame.
2. Customization works are reasonably priced and delivered within reasonable time frame.
3. The plugin does get the job done.
4. They are easily accessible via Whatsapp.
Cons:
1. No dedicated site to test plugin despite requested. Test site is shared and hence settings is constantly reset making extensive testing a challenge. (There is no trial plugin)
2. The plugin is not complete albeit functional. It is missing certain core functionalities such as updating cancelled or completed orders (Which I had to pay extra to get incorporated). So you need to extensively test the plugin to see if it meet your needs.
3. Documentation is severely lacking, so quite a bit of trial and error involved. This includes server and hosting environment (I ended up upgrading to VPS).
4. It appears technical support is provided by one person, so if he is on leave, the you are kind of stuck.

I guess I was asked a couple of times to write a review on the support during the installation process. It's only just been finalized, so there's really not much to say. I've bought the Bonanza extension and more recently the Facebook one, and I guess they both do what they're supposed to do. Time will tell.

I took some time before giving this review as I wanted to be 100% sure about the app. Although I can't state the upload was that spotless it isn't so abnormal as such other apps.
We've tried this multiple times with different solutions from years and it's rarely perfect however you can fix the listing imperfections pretty effectively and the app itself works extraordinary and at an affordable expense for what you get.
You can't simply launch a site and accept sales. Regularly, you must connect with the support as they are always there to advise you for improving your listings on eBay.
Also, a program makes the procedure so much simple & easier. Maps you Shopify product with eBay requirements with a few simple steps of templates & profile creation.
At last, I would surely want to say the cedcommerce eBay app is incredible & their support is marvelous. We are utilizing the eBay app for now. Might do try their other solutions soon.

We here at RoofSmart Pads have been working with Ced Commerce and our online platforms for just over a month. We are incredibly pleased and highly impressed with the speed, professionalism, and understandability of their communication with us regarding our online and ecommerce presence/performance.
They are available for you 24 hours a day as they have teams working around the clock so there's always someone to help you. They will set up a call with you and your team as often as you'd like. We usually are able to communicate by email though so we can take screen shots and have everything in writing to refer back to.
All of the members of the team working with us take the time to send screenshots back, as well as the steps they've taken to correct any issues. They really do try to educate you along the way so that you can gain more control over your entire online existence.
They give at least 2 very thorough written reports per month. You can schedule a call as I said earlier to go over the reports with them, if you prefer.
Overall, we'd absolutely refer CedCommerce to any company looking to tighten up their online, ecommerce, and social media presence. We believe that you will be as thoroughly impressed with them as we are here at RoofSmart Pads.
We used CedCommerce's service for the second time for work on a website subsection. While this work took multiple times longer than expected, in the end we are satisfied with the result. The employee assigned to our work, Abhishek, was very patient with our ever more detailed requests and usually delivered changes rather swiftly. Most noteworthy, his availability throughout the entire time was very high and fully satisfactory. He even did some checks and fixes not included in the assignment as a bonus. We will certainly work with CedCommerce again.

We bought a Magento to Hubspot extension. The installation went very smoothly.
During the setup process, we have some issues with syncing deals in Hubspot. What I was surprised to see is the technical support!
These people stand out for it's product and willing to fix the issues.
We are using more than 20 extensions from different developers for Magento for the past 5 years and that's the best technical support I have seen so far. No one extensions are bug-free and that's why you have to make sure that the issue will be fixed in a timely manner.
We've been working together almost for 2 weeks and every day I received a status update and they were always online.
Also, I would like to mention that we asked them to add a few features in order to see some additional fields in the HubSpot and they added these features pretty fast!

Be careful when handing out login details to this service. They are not upfront with payment schemes and things turn bad really quickly when they sense that you won't comply with their bill. I was restricted access to my wordpress website when a $30 payment (which was never agreed upon) was delayed. I ended up paying the $30 but I decided to change all passwords and to apply for a refund for services which I felt were not delivered as promised ($129 for 1 year support) and the developer ended up changing the username and password to my wordpress site once they found out. Thank you to the hosting website for helping me fix the issue. The cheap price can be tempting but be very careful about who you deal with. The developer in my case is named Jacob/Vineet.

I have been using lazada & shopee integration plugin more than 1 year, I understand that every marketplace backend will change code from time to time, sometimes our sync within marketplace will not working after marketplace code changed.
