Be careful when handing out login details to this service. They are not upfront with payment schemes and things turn bad really quickly when they sense that you won't comply with their bill. I was restricted access to my wordpress website when a $30 payment (which was never agreed upon) was delayed. I ended up paying the $30 but I decided to change all passwords and to apply for a refund for services which I felt were not delivered as promised ($129 for 1 year support) and the developer ended up changing the username and password to my wordpress site once they found out. Thank you to the hosting website for helping me fix the issue. The cheap price can be tempting but be very careful about who you deal with. The developer in my case is named Jacob/Vineet.
