I have been using Lazada & Shopee integration plugin for my website mjfatonah.com
I understand that every marketplace backend will change code from time to time. Sometime our sync within marketplace will not working after marketplace code changed.
We call to Cedcommerce support team, in very short time they will fix it for us and our sync will back to normal again.

After trying for months to go live with CEDCommerce we are finally giving up. If you want days or weeks between email responses with no substance they are your company. They will disapear after they have your money.

I purchase a woocommerce plugin for $500 that didn't work properly, had to move to different company cause Cedcommerce plugin was unreliable and buggy. After a year I login into my cedcommerce account to download the plugin again, and guess what? This people wants me to pay another $500.

The guys at cedcommerce are useless. The plugin they make never works. The support team just make false promises and say they will fix it which they never do. In the end they respond saying "no plugin is perfect in the world" and they will complete the plugin when they have time. And their time never comes ever. Never look at cedcommerce. There are many other better providers than them. You might get attracted to their feature list but actuality is very different. Some customers might say their plugin works great but i can guarantee that much better plugin by other providers will be available for free online. They charge for features which are easily available online.

Having used the CED Hubspot integration for Magento 1 and had a great experience with their support - dedicated Skype chat with the supporting team, quick to resolve issues and happy to extend integration. I then went on to use their Magento 2 support on a data migration M1 to M2... Delivered on time and to a good standard, one minor issue and a few niggles all resolved quickly. Happy to recommend.

This company make and manage good plugins. There was a slight issue when trying to get some money back but in fairness it was likely just a delay in communication from within their company. I did finally receive a resolution, some 30 days after a refund was agreed and promised it was being processing there and then. It looks as though someone who cares about customer service jumped in to fix things.

I have a couple of their products running on my website. The Woocomerce plugin which connects with Etsy, Amazon and Ebay. The stock is aligned and you can sync product listings and imports orders in to woocommerce. Perfect solution for what I wanted.

I give the Omni importer app a 10 out 10. Its a must have if you run Etsy and shopify store. Also they have amazing support team. When i say amazing i truly mean it. My favorite customer Representative is Deepti Shukla. Shes truly heaven sent. From day one she walked me step by step with everything. I love using all of cedcommerce apps. Their apps makes life so easy when running your shopify store.

I tried and tested about four or five apps that post products from Shopify over to my Etsy shop and CedCommerce was the clear winner, by a huge margin. The vast majority of the other apps barely worked. And the ones that did work were not very consistent. CedCoommerce worked from the beginning with very few issues. It has a slight learning curve but once you use it a few times it's not very difficult. Also, they have pretty good customer support, for when I got stuck, that is easy to get ahold of.

Their support is not responsive at all, and they do not fix their software bugs. They do not even check if they fix your issues, but instead just say something insultingly simple such as "it's done" while nothing is done, and the bugs still exist. One of the worst software and support experiences I have ever had. Stay away.

Everything else within their scope of service. From the time frame, to output of quality, to getting shortchanged, to getting scammed for additional payment for basic functions like importing products. I tell you, don't deal with this company. It's the traditional Indian scammer you hear a lot about.

Overall, we haven't got the system to work. It was an omnichannel system for multiple e-commerce platforms. They refused to refund stating they did their part in trying to make it work.

I used the Omni app to import all of my eBay products over to Shopify, syncing my inventory and prices in the process. They have great pricing plans and super helpful customer service. They're available to talk whenever you need any assistance the support team is there to help, I couldn't recommend them enough.

I gave these guys access to my site in order to troubleshoot a buggy extension and they end up wiping out my homepage without an explanation. Customer service is terrible, they called me a liar and hinted that i broke my own site to blame them. The developers obviously have no idea what they are doing. I asked them to share the extension changelog with me and they refused which told me they are hiding something. When i asked to be refunded for the buggy extension they got offended and send me a link saying their policy is no refunds. I called american express and got the charge reversed.

Stay away from these guys if you value your business

Woo to Catch Integration

As everyone on Catch knows, the worst part about selling on Catch is trying to get your products listed on Catch. Whilst the documentation on the app is a little vague, the CedCommerce support team sorted out any issues I had in less than 24 hours from purchase and our products are being streamed from website to Catch.

Well done team - Would recommend this to anyone selling on Catch.

Want to have your pricing, sizing options, and inventory counts screwed up on both Etsy and Shopify? Go with CEDComerce to butcher things horribly.
Their "integration" deleted sizing options, assigned the cheapest pricing option to the remaining most expensive sizing option, and butchered inventory.

They sell garbage services. Avoid them unless you want to redo your listings on both sites.

Won't recommend Cedcommerce Walmart Extension for Magento. They are still on beta and there a tons of bugs. Sometimes works good but it not synchronizes correctly with Walmart. Had to pay many hours to our IT team to work with their IT team to make it work. Our IT team send them the code errors and they fixed, we install but many times it fail again.
Not as reliable as needed. Confusing. Not finished yet but they charge you as it is. Mediocre.

Worst Company. Worst support. Blackmailers. Just want your money!

Once they sell product, will keep asking money to give support. The plugin for woocommerce ebay never worked and every time have to ask for support. After 3 months, withdraw support & ask for money to continue for support. The plugin never works

I wanted to convert my Shopify store into a native mobile app and was suggested to go with MageNative.The whole team is very helpful. They provide 24x7 support on Skype and WhatsApp. I would like to recommend this company to my friends and those who want to convert their store into a mobile app. Just go with MageNative without any doubts and if any team will clear you out.

I need to cancel my subscription, I have been trying to cancel for over a week, and noone is getting back to me. I have literally contacted every method on their site, and they are literally avoiding me for those $20 a month. They are truly desperate for customers, and their product is horrible. Use Alidrop, or the Aliexpress CSV extension. It's easier to use, and people actually respond to inquiries.

I purchased an extension module by Cedcommerce less than 2 weeks, but the system is so buggy, whenever i reported a problem for the system, they just changed the topic and saying other parts are working fine. I have to repeat the questions many times and argued with them before they admitted the problems. In short 2 weeks, the same problems and more bugs keep resurfaced, I even complained to their sales department countless of times, but every time they just diverted me to the technical team and giving me the quick and dirty solution to the problems by patching the wrong figures, wrong quantity in the database. Until today, they still refused to refund to me, and their buggy module just sitting in my system and messed up with all my operation. They are definitely not a professional company and full of scam. I know my post will be deleted in a couple of days or weeks because Cedcommerce keeps tracking such legit negative posts and engaged the website to delete them. I was the victim paying $299 for such crappy module. If you are able to read this post, please make your choice wisely.
