When dealing with live animals, one would think communication is key to ensure receiving party is ready. I placed an order on Sunday. Money came out of bank account on Monday morning. I expected some rmail or text update by now with shipping tacking info. Based on their shipping chart online. I've received nothing. I've texted, emailed, called and reached out to them on social media. They have time to post animals on FB and Instagram, but can't respond to customer inquiries?! I've left comments on both social media platforms only to be deleted. I now have to file a dispute with my bank because I've lost all faith in their service. If I can't get in touch with them through the ordering process, leave me no hope that they will support with an potential issues post shipping. This says they don't care about customers nor the animals. DO NOT BUY from them!
On CB's newsletter and got their sale event! Ordered immediately. CB was recommended thru a friend's friend. They are not usually my go to for reptiles. But it's good to have more than one source and I sent the funds. Things did not go smooth. Apparently, they either posted a mistake or they sold out fast?
They said they didn't post correctly (?) and offered another reptile in its place. Not good. Why should I pay for something I didn't order? We gave them an answer for the options they gave us and lo and behold - they then sold out of those too!
For whatever reason it seems we were not speaking to the correct person - possibly the breeder? We were just about to cancel the order and after the issue was brought to the correct person (manager or one of the owners) it was handled correctly. The response was swift, and the option offered for the mix-up was great! Arrived healthy and many days down the road still healthy and strong. So, while they initially seemed unorganized and flaky, they came through in the end which is what counts.
I bought a juvenile crested gecko, and payed extra for a female. The gecko showed up later then expected, but in cb's defense there was bad weather that week. The gecko showed up healthy. The gecko was also the correct morph. To be determined if it's a female, but with everything said I'd give CB Reptiles a 4/5.
We received our juvenile Ambilobe chameleon one week ago today. He seems healthy and is slowly getting comfortable with his new home. The shipping dates on the cbreptile website is very misleading, but they were responsive to my email and we are happy with our chameleon
I ordered a Dalmatian crested gecko that was a female and although it was delayed a few times, I got the gecko. The bad thing is that I got a male and it was supposed to be a female. CB Reptile isn't that bad if you have patience.

We have had Albert since august 2020 from CB Reptile. No problems with shipment at all. Albert is noticeably more tame and friendly compared to our pet store leopard gecko. He is a joy and I will absolutely go to CB Reptile again.
I just wanted to say how great these guys are at what they do. Firstly, they have the nicest tortoises and bearded dragons I've ever purchased and I've purchase multiple from CB reptile over the years. Secondly they're care in customer service is so much better than you'd expect and lastly, they've got a great responsible shipping department! My animals always arrive age and sound and on time. I would give ten stars if I could. Big fan of cb reptile since 2010!
I purchased 2 tortoises for sale from cb reptile last month and they arrived the next morning, well packaged, healthy and active. Their customer service also was very good at answering all of my questions quickly.
I bought a tangerine albino supergiant leopard gecko. It has a neurological disorder and came super skinny you can see his shoulder blades and barely has thickness to the tail. He's alive but didn't come in good shape.
I ordered a turtle from this company 10 days ago, based off the "shipping chart" on their website i should have received my animal at worst 5 days ago. Nobody contacted me regarding my purchase at all until I finally reached out to them wondering why I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. Well now after 10 days they claim it will be 3-7 more business before I receive the animal I already paid for. This is absolutely a form of false advertising as they are using this quick shipping chart to push sales. Steer clear of this company that I'm not even sure is real
Just bought a leopard gecko that's still processing. Hasn't even showed up yet so hope that goes ok but they charged me 3 EXTRA TIMES on top of the original payment thats already gone through. Been trying to get into contact for 3 days with no luck. This review is to get them to contact me more than anything as I am very fed up that I have $690 out of my account on top of the $230 that already went through for the reptile. Getting very fed up.
Their baby blue iguanas are more expensive than other sites so I assumed that I would be getting a healthy beautiful lizard. The one they sent has mites and does not look anywhere close to as beautiful as the ones in the pictures on their website

I ordered a baby pied ball python and not only did he come super fast he was packaged very nicely. The little guy is very beautiful and warmed up to us a lot quicker than expected! I have and will continue to recommend CB to others!
Placed an order on 5/08/2020 and have called multiple times. Still have not received my pet, hardly no one ever answers the phone. When I finally got threw to them they stated they had sent me an email that the reptile I ordered was out of stock and they could ship me a different one,(never received an email) that was almost two week ago still with no reptile. I ordered a panther chameleon for my 10 year anniversary so I am very disappointed in this place. So im out almost $500 without an reptile
I bought the cutest hatchling turtle from them. He was doing good and he always ate but I noticed his shell was very squishy and there was white all over his shell. Just last night he was swimming a lot and there was tons of food for him to eat and there was no way he drowned. I noticed him scratching his face a lot and when I come in to check in the morning he's dead it's only been 2 weeks he's been eating fine and had many ways to get air there's only a few inches of water in the tank so that leads me to believe he came with parasites. They obviously don't care about their turtles because they sent me one with a squishy white shell I can't even believe he's dead do not buy here I'm sure most of their animals don't come like this but I feel horrible.
I purchase a Nosy Be back in June 28th they sent me my Chameleon, but UPS lost it. Three days later it was delivered dead of course. I tried to get UPS to pay me they never did. Then CB reptile offered to replace my Nosy Be it took awhile but finally got him. My kids and super happy with the little guy. CB reptile made it right I would definitely buy again and recommend them to all. Eating like a champ.
Slow shipping (they say 24hrs) and they sent the wrong chameleon—I received a hatchling when I ordered a young adult! That's a $200 price difference, not to mention I needed a completely different set-up and food for the baby to survive. Apparently, they are so busy they made a mistake, but I think it is either incompetence or outright fraud, judging from the other reviews. Customer service is slow—they don't pick up the phone or respond to texts. Emails are brief and dismissive. I thought I was going with a premium reptile dealer (spending c. $800 all in) and all I got was amateur hour. Join an online forum or Facebook group and you'll get good recommendation for a breeder that cares. I plan on reporting this company to the NJ DA's office if my case isn't resolved quickly.
Buyer beware this is a store that goes by a few different names CB reptile, Tortoise town... they are both rip offs. Horrible customer service they don't return calls or answer any questions and they blame everything on Covid! Mark my words. Do some research And look at the real reviews, before purchasing from here. All of their products are overpriced!
This company is incredibly shady. The shipping chart on their website is complete bull$#*!. I ordered a leopard gecko that never arrived and after several many emails sent to them I finally requested a refund. They told me they would charge me a 20% cancellation fee. This is how the company is bringing in most of their income.

Answer: The reason why you didn't receive any shipping information is because they are a scam company that doesn't follow their own rules. They may not even have the reptiles that they sold you and are waiting for them to hatch or will find them anyway they can without regard to the animal's health or the customers wallet.
Answer: Scam reptile mill company don't support them they don't care for their reptiles and defraud their customers.
