Don't buy anything from this freak. I believe this person one man band and created a web site and showing off like a big company. I wanted to get a replacement bulb because it was under warranty but he called me stupid and did not even reply my emails or phone calls. He has this online chat thing and he hates to deal with customer service. He should go to hell instead of ripping off the people here.

Bought a kit a couple of years ago. On the site they claim lifetime warranty. One of the bulbs went and I emailed them for replacement. They replied that my claim was processed but did not send anything, even after repeated emails. They also claim parts are made in Germany but there is nothing stamped on the parts to substantiate that. German made parts always have markings on them.

You $#*!ing guys suck typical charlies hangs up when i call no return calls $#*! scam, get the $#*! out of our Country $#*!in Chinkss... just wait until i come to Toronto, then will see how fast u pick up the phone and dial.

The way they work the warranty is they say the claim is processed and then ignore any subsequent inquiries. Don't buy anything from these shysters. Unethical and unreliable. The A. G. of New York needs to shut them down.

Received kit as recommended by on line chat. Had issues with one light after installed. The Service Department continued to send replacement parts until problem was corrected. I would recommend this Company very highly as they stand behind their Warranty 100%. A great shopping experience and a much improved lighting system on my Ford Edge.

I had a overall pleasant transaction and shipping was crazy fast. The install went well without no glitches.

I am thinking that people that having issues do not know what they are doing---I took my time and installed without an issue

Very good product have been running these hid bulbs on my honda lasted 4+ years and will order again for any vehicles. The warranty they have is awesome they back up any material in your kit and the prices are nice!, where can you go wrong!.

Bought two kits within a month both had one side no longer working contacted the so called customer service and we'll it been two months and still got one headlight in both cars been hung up on three times if I wish I could slap the s #! $ out of this guy!

Just got a my Audi A3 not to long ago and wanted to jazz it up more. I want to customize the whole car. Ordered hid lights and installed them.It was somewhat tricky but figured it out. Take your time and if you have any questions just ask the chat person. I used it like 5 times.

This site is a total scam. Don't let the nicely done website fool you. They say it's German made, but the products they send are cheaply made and does not work. The box nor the product itself says anything about manufacturer nor location. Save your time and money and find another seller that you can trust.

Very rude person, and its the same guy every time. Charged me 10 extra for nothing and got loud and cocky with me. I had to keep calling just to get my receipt and tracking order #. NEVER buy from them!

Claims it has a "Lifetime Warranty", this cheap imported HID kit has NO warranty. I have a defective part, have been chasing replacement for over 3 months now, almost 100 emails from them promising to send a new part and still have nothing. Liars and scammers, my advice, go some where else.

I want thru all the reviews and very surprised on the overall reviews. I ordered mine and have no issue for the last 30 days.My friends owns a set for the last 6 months with no issues. No sure if some of these people are not installing them right and shorting them out. If you follow directions you will not have any issues. Plus I also chatted online with customer service

I live in a deer Populated area and they often would run right in front of you. My wife bought these for me few months back. You can see the road so much better Deer darted on road and my lights caught him and braked really fast. Awesome lighs
