I want thru all the reviews and very surprised on the overall reviews. I ordered mine and have no issue for the last 30 days.My friends owns a set for the last 6 months with no issues. No sure if some of these people are not installing them right and shorting them out. If you follow directions you will not have any issues. Plus I also chatted online with customer service
I live in a deer Populated area and they often would run right in front of you. My wife bought these for me few months back. You can see the road so much better Deer darted on road and my lights caught him and braked really fast. Awesome lighs
Chicago was brutal this year---I live in the outskirts where i can run my Ski-Doo---Wanted to upgrade the lights for a very long time. The dealers want crazy money to put them in. Found this site and ordered them--They take little bit of time putting in. I have an OCD issue with perfection. I ran my Ski-DOO that night and Wow its was totally awesome running at night.
I give company 5 stars because of fast shipping and the lights can hold up to tons of abuse.
I have 2012 BMW 300 Series and wanted different look for my baby. I saw another BMW with HID lights and had to have them.Carxenonhidkits.com did an excellent job shipping very fast to my door. The lights went in pretty easy --No Glitches.
I read all the reviews before buying from this site. The lights came in and they are very good quality. Some other reviews are just ridiculous, I have had no problems with my lights. I followed the instructions and ask chat few questions also.
My Dodge Ram lights gave me so many issues it drove me nuts. I took it in over and over again. Finally I decided to install hid lights myself. I ordered them and they cam pretty fast. I had a friend help my out because the truck is so big and I had to maneuver did want to drop anything. The lights are awesome and my truck looks mean.
I have been wanting Hid lights for a long time for my Camaro. I was worried about installing them myself. I found this site and it was pretty easy instructions to figure it out. I love my new lights on my Camaro. Going to upgrade my Tahoe lights soon.
I bought a kit from CarXenonHIDKits last year. One bulb failed within 60 days. I asked for a replacement and was told it was shipped 4 months ago. I have tried several times to reach them by email, their online chat and calling them directly. The direct calls to customer service always go into voice mail. The chat always results in them telling me to send an email and wait 48 hours. The emails go unanswered. They feel like a scam.
Just got a my Audi A3 not to long ago and wanted to jazz it up more. I want to customize the whole car. Ordered hid lights and installed them.It was somewhat tricky but figured it out. Take your time and if you have any questions just ask the chat person. I used it like 5 times.
I got a pair of bulbs from them last year and within 5 months, one of them blew up. They say that warranty can be handled only via emails and no response for 2 months.

Worst site and experience ordering hids ever! Ordered a 9012 hid kit which stated was bi-xenon and included a relay, and was sent a 9006 kit (single filament) with a tab broken off so that it could fit my 9012 socket, and no relay was included! Guy wont answer my emails with the return procedure now and just hangs up me when i call
9/12/14. Ordered kit on 9/10/14, paid 19.99 for overnight shipping and was also told it would be shipped via Fedex. I tracked the package and it was coming out of Canada... Needless to say 2 days have gone by and no lights. I sent several msgs and of course no response from (Dave)! I called and finally got a hold of Dave or David and boy a lot of good that did! He was a total $&@&&@! Very rude and unprofessional! Pls don't by in to the website!'
They say you have a lifetime warranty I've have been waiting over 6 weeks for a replacement ballast. Emails just say it's on it's way. It doesn't take 6 weeks to ship it. They are full of $#*!. Don't buy don't trust these people. Hopefully one day they will get shut down for their $#*! customer service. $#*! these people
Worst online seller. They're in Canada and never kept their words on their products. I've ordered a pair of headlights from them and one the the bulb went out 6 months after that. I've contacted them regarding the replacement and they kept promising that I will get it this week and I waited 2 months for nothing. They're a bunch of liars and crooks.
Bought 2 kits last year. After a few months my fog lights went out, went through warrenty for new ones. Then a headlight went out, claim went through and I got the wrong color! Emailed them to let them know... NOTHING! Then the fog light went out again. 3 month later STILL WAITING FOR MY HEADLIGHTS AND FOG LIGHTS TO GET HERE! So I call. I get a hello or hold on... then they hang up! $#*! customer service, but I guess you get what you pay for! I wold never recommend this company to anyone.
This is a scam business. They say made in Germany--false... They say money back guarantee---had to fight them for weeks, thanks for the help from PayPal. The 9007 bulbs did not lock into my housing on an 04 Cavalier, and you couldn't install the locking ring due to the large base--customer service is the worst. They said the kit would ship from New York--false, came from Canada... It cost me $34.00 to ship back and wait weeks for a refund, thanks only to PayPal... stay away from this company... And this inferior kit was overpriced and looks identical to the cheaper kits from China... Glad my nightmare ended with a refund, but with an expensive shipping charge...

So disappointed! I own up to ordering the wrong light kit and all I want to do is return what I received and order the correct one but this guy won't even send me the email info! He keeps hanging up on me and telling me his server is down. Guess I will eat the $80 :(
I would never order from here again! I payed $20 for over night f-ing shipping and it didn't even come in 1-2 days! I would call them and they would say it will be here today and hang up. But it would never show up. I'm not impressed with this company one bit.
