I ordered HID kit for 2011 Toyota Highlander after i did quick research i found some bad reviews and wanted to cancel my order like after 2 min when I ordered i called they picked up I asked them to cancel my order they just stalled me i called like 4 times they just kept stalling until they all ready shipped out! I called PayPal which where i payed with and they said they have the money on hold which the seller can do anything until its resolved they said i have to wait 10 day now i receive a message saying my order has ben shipped which paypal said it won't be shipped because we still have your money. Hate paypal and this.

This one man operation has been nothing but a hassle and a joke. First problem was I paid for the extra two day shipping and received it six days later due to he mailed it with standard shipping. I called him to get my extra shipping returned because it was not sent express like I paid. I was told it would be taken care of but it was not. Next problem once I installed the bulbs I realized that I was not sent the purple *******k that I ordered, the ones I received where more like light blue 8000k. But at this point I decided to just keep them because of the hassle I was given over the extra shipping fee. And now here we are one week later and the driver side has stopped working completely. At this point still being well with in the 30 day money back guarantee I requested a full refund which was denied. A claim has been opened through PayPal which has been ignored so far. I can honestly say this has been one of the worst costumer services I have ever experienced. I would not recommended this company or it's product to my worst enemy. And if he has gave me this much hassle in just one week, I would say it's safe to assume the lifetime guarantee is as fake as the 30 day money back guarantee. And also beware it appears this same guy has several different hid websites under different names
