I ordered both the HID headlight kit and foglight conversion for my 2008 Prius which has HID as an oem. The kit I ordered for the headlights says it works for my particular application on the website, but my mechanic looked at the kit and said it was for a conversion. After much debate, and the fact that my mechanic refuses to install them, I contacted the company about an RMA. For the last 4 days now, I get emails about keeping the kit, we'll refund 25% if you keep it, it's easy to install, it'll fit, etc. Never an RMA as their site promises concerning returns. Buyer beware, they will do anything to keep your money!
11/3/14 Update: Finally got a return address from them, but no RMA number. Sent the package out via UPS and have now learned the address they requested I send the package to is a Canadian P. O. Box so UPS is unable to deliver. As stated, they will do anything to keep your money!
Another Update: As of 3/13/15 still no refund. Have been in contact with Dave several times over email, and also with UPS after getting a new address from Dave. Seems the new address is also bogus, though they signed for the package!
The overall buying experience was hands down very easy. The lights are a gift for my sons dodge ram. He will love them.
