Friday morning, I went online to order lights for my boyfriend for his birthday. Unfortunately, I ordered fog lights instead of headlights. Yeah. I know that was my bad. I spoke to someone on the live chat immediately after and they advised me to send an email to *******@carxenonhidkits.com and inform them of the mishap and they would assure they would send out the proper lights and just charge the difference to my card. So I emailed them twice and got no response. I called the "toll free" line and got no response. I called over 32 times over the weekend before getting a response from a man named Antonio on Tuesday. (assuming they were closed for the holiday weekend) He advised me the product has already shipped but he would contact Fed Ex, have them bring it back and send out the proper lights and just charge my card. I told him I was even willing to pay extra for the trouble and re-shipping it. He insisted that wasn't necessary and he would get it fixed and call me back. I never received a call and we received the FOG LIGHTS this morning. When I called to speak to a manager, I got a man named "David." He didn't seem interested in what I was saying AT ALL. In fact, he was having his own background conversation while I was speaking. He told me he would send me an email informing me of how to return the product. And I told him I would not be paying return shipment for this as I was guaranteed it would be resolved before arriving to our home. I asked what we could do to fix this. He said, "Hmmmmm. I'll just send the money back to your account. Okaaaay? Bye." And hung up on me. I called back afterward and got a voicemail each time I called. This whole process was extremely unprofessional, and as someone who knows the business of shipping from a store or an online store, customer service is so important. These crooks cared more about taking my money and shipping me lights than sending the right lights and making it right for a customer. A customer who was willing to pay for extra charges for getting the right product out the first time. I won't be ordering from this site again and I advise all others, if you have a problem with an order, your best bet is to suck it up and accept what they give you because they won't assist in making it right for you. Worst customer service I have had from an online store and even on the telephone. I'm surprised this store is still up and running.
