These are not what they state. I hope this helps others from not buying this junk. Im a very mechanically incline infividual who has always been able to research, read and fix on my own. From the beginning I had to hardwire everything to get them to work because the connections were horrible. Then one of the bulbs burned out. They sent me a new one now the ballast do not work at all and it's been over a month. They have not sent me a replacement part as of yet even thiugh they respond to e mails and say " we will get that sent asap " This is definitely not made in Germany my thought is that they are made in China and they are the same as the ones that sell for $20. This company is repackaging them with bogus claims and selling them for more. Another label changing company! At this point Im not putting this in my car even if it shows up, its a safty hazard and not worth it. I will go back to stock unless I find a real product.

Ordered a replacement kit. It was shipped and delivered reasonably well (3 stars). On review of the box and items I was unable to find any indication the kit is made in Germany. After a long email dialog that included sending pictures, was finally able to get a response indicating purchase price would be refunded but not return shipping.

Considering this item was not as advertised on the website I believe this is a "bait and switch tactic". Decided to not return the item and waste any more money on the situation.

My fault for not reading reviews here before buying.

HUGE LESSON LEARNED FOR ME - DO A SEARCH ON "WEBSITENAME.COM REVIEWS" BEFORE buying.

If this review saves someone else from false expectations then my civic duty is done.

CarXenonHIDKits.com: Order Completed - ******* Worst customer support, they refuse to work with you, I receive nin working item out the box after paying store to install and it didn't work I had to buy the store kit. Carxeonhidkit had bulbs different colors one was dull and fluckering they only offer to send canclers kit without telling me the resolution of this issue. I have the kit from store I had to buy since I could drive without low beam headlight.

I placed an order for my boyfriend, the kit came quick but when taken to get lights put in they didn't work, so I called the number and had the worst conversation I have ever had with anyone on the phone. THE GUY WAS SO RUDE AND NASTY did not explain anything to me when I asked him questions just kept asking for my card number. I finally got off the phone because I didn't want to talk to him anymore. Got a piece in the mail that I needed, looked at the price. He charged me triple the price than what the item cost, called the number he rejected my phone call 2 times, still haven't tried to call back and ask why he charged me more. Worst person to deal with

Ordered lights for my daughter's vehicle, paid for overnight shipping, CarXenon sent a tracking number stating that my order would arrive a week from the day I purchased. I called customer service and they assured me the light would arrive the following day. It's been four days and I'm still waiting for the lights I paid to have overnighted. I spoke with three different people in customer service - ALL COMPLETELY RUDE! They just don't care. Do yourself a favor and purchase light from anyone but these people.

This site is set up to snag a charge from you however it can. The company will then ship cheap parts to you in hopes you will just take it and consider it "lesson learned".

Not in my case. As SOON as things got fishy, I started keeping records - emails, recorded phone calls, time stamped screenshots. I went to the bank first thing before the charge came out and called the cops. There's an investigation open now against them for fraud. (Email me at *******@gmail.com).

You have to dispute the charges with your bank ASAP. Just tell them the transaction is absolutely not authorized (in those words). Then, have the card information you used destroyed and get a new card. If you went through PayPal, they will side with you. Pull your money out of the account (save $20) via cashier's check and keep it out of the bank until the charge is returned 3 days later.

This prevents the company from charging you for anything, including the bogus 15% refund fee. The disputed charge will be refunded, even if it's a debit. After 3 days I got my money back.

Lol - also don't return the lights. Show them how it feels. I now have this package of cheap xenon lights sitting in my apartment. God knows I won't trust them in my Volvo. More evidence, I guess. Good luck to you.
