I appreciate the good quick service for the part I ordered over the phone. I had called to order and my credit card wasn't filled to allow the sale to be processed. The service representative was curtious as I had placed him on hold for 12 minutes as I called my bank.

So I made two separate orders my card ended up getting charged for separate times amounts did not add up I called I got hung up on I called back they couldn't hear me halfway through the call. I called back again now I'm mad but shebet Worked with me through our differences came out with a happy conclusion as long as my parts arrive and I right I would rate this a five however some of the customer service definitely needs more work
Sent back a part I never opened rma id *******. 8 WEEKS LATER AND 3 PHONE CALLS and still Carparts.com saying its in processing. Was told on the first attempt calling back that they had received the item and would have the refund in 5 to seven business days. I sent it back on May the 29th and first follow up was June the 14th 14 days later. Now its August the 1st and nothing. I just called again and they said they would check into it and call me back.

The wing mirrors on my Ford fusion have everything, self dinning, blind spot warning system, heated and the puddle light. I wasn't paying Ford almost $400 or the part store giants almost $300 for one complete unit. I found one on carparts.com with all the options, it has a warranty and a low price guarantee which means looking other places wasn't required. It was a great price, I placed the order and received an email that they got the order, I got another email saying my card was approved and another one saying it was sent and would be here Friday. It came on Friday with everything in the box the website said would be in it. It was exactly what I wanted and what they said they shipped. And arrived the day they said it would arrive. I couldn't be more happier. For any car parts I may need in the future carparts.com will be the first place I look

I order a part for my camaro they said it will be here the 28 and gave me a tracking number well i called ups and they are no such number and i called them two ladys hung up on me because i told them ups sayd they are nothing in there system and itold them just send my money back they hung up the phone... dont i said dont buy from this people you want get your part or your money back a big scam

Switch was poor quality and did not function correctly. A simple test of each product before shipment could ensure your customer is satisfied and will not leave a negative review.

I have ordered from Carparts several times, and have always had a great experience. The last time I ordered, I accidentally ordered the wrong part. I immediately completed the "return" form and was immediately approved for a refund. When I checked my bank account, I didn't see where I'd been refunded, so I called Carparts. They assured me that I had indeed been refunded, gave me the Payment ID, and told me to call back if I still didn't see it. Long story short, I ended up calling back 2 more times. Each time they were SOOOO patient and kind, even though they knew they had already fulfilled what they needed to on their end. I even emailed them a few times, and was always responded to in an extremely prompt manner…something that doesn't usually happen with businesses in today's fast paced society. At one point, I was even emailed a screenshot of the actual refund transaction. Carparts Customer Service went above and beyond for me, even when they didn't have to because, as it turned out, the refund had already been in my account for over 2 weeks! For both their patience and kindness (and always their great products) I am forever grateful.

I looked up parts and put them in my cart. When I went to check out the price for shipping was $245. The parts were only $116. Never will I look up parts again from this site.
Promise delivery on August 1st then update me that it's going to be August 4th then update me again it's August 5th then can't figure out where it is because they're saying it's Dallas FedEx says it's in Hutchins these people have no clue where their shipments are or what they're doing I will never order from them again
