I ordered a new radiator for my car. The part arrived in good time and for a good price however after the radiator was installed at a cost of nearly three times the price of the part by a reliable mechanic it turns out to have been defective and had a pin sized hole right in the middle of the panel. No sign of damage just a hole in the radiator. I called the company and they said they would refund the price of the part if I sent it back to them. That would require having it uninstalled at the repeat cost of installation. I will not do business with this company again, and cannot recommend their parts or service.
If you call to order parts the people on the phone dont know what they are doing. They said my card wouldnt work. I get online and order it through there and the card worked great. When the customer service rep called me back to ask why i didnt finish my order over the phone with him, he was very rude amd i will never order parts through here again just because of the rude customer service!
I would never order from here again, they give you a shipping date and it's not here on time never. My parts were suppose to be here the 26th and now it's saying I will get it the 2nd. Bad service but quick to take your money
I recently placed my first order with CarParts, which was for a 2013 Nissan Altima rear brakes, rotors, & calipers. It sooner then I expected. Couple days later I received as gift so I contacted them to return parts. They contacted me back within 24hours with RMA and a refund. I will order from them again. Reference number *******

I had ordered from them once before and told myself never again I should have stuck with that. They lie about the shipping date and you won't get your order for probably two weeks. I placed two different orders one with Rock auto one with car parts, my rock auto literaly came in one day… two weeks later I'm still watomg on my car parts order… please if you see this and you need your parts any time soon stay away!

No more rolling down the window to open the door. My husband has zero experience or knowledge of cars but with this video and carparts he easily replaced the door handle in 30 minutes. IN 30 MINUTES. In our driveway, 90 degree weather in Texas, with a 7mm socket and T20 screws (see video)... tools from our non-mechanic garage. This $20 project saved us hundreds from getting the car serviced at the dealership. The part has had no problems with everyday use (going on 30 days now).
Ordered a fuel pump assembly from carparts.com on May 1st which showed a delivery date of 5/4. After charging our card, the date moved to 5/8. Then after not receiving on 5/8, we checked fedec tracking only to find delivery had moved to the 11th. On 5/10 we checked again and it states 5/13. Still haven't heard back from the email sent to their customers service line and still no part. Wouldn't recommend buying from here if your car is inoperable or you are in a hurry to fix.
Make sure it's the correct part. Match it!Recheck with the customer representative b4 completion. They will make sure you're satisfied in case there errors made. Definitely reliable with reimbursements.

I purchased an a/c compressor from carparts.com, the part was significantly damaged, clutch cover bent, bearing not spinning freely, pully banged up. And part was literally growing a green mold on it. Looked like it was in that box for years.
So, its not the end of the world, I request for a return so I could get my money back. It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received a refund. I've talked to customer service, they said that, I should have recieved the refund already, and that they would call me back next day with more information.
They never called back, I'm out $160.00, this is absolutely ridiculous. This was my first time dealing with carparts.com, I would never deal with them again, or recommend them to anyone. My request for the refund was approved on July 2nd. It's July 16th and I still haven't recieved anything. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a Windshield Washer Reservoir for my Nissan Frontier. Turns out the new item leaked from one of the seals. CARPARTS replacement process was easy and smooth. The second Windshield Washer Reservoir also leaked from a seal. Fairly frustrated that both new items had the same fault.

Ordered a part and placed a different shipping address. When I looked at the confirmation, the addresses were switched. I called customer service 30 seconds after the order and they said they couldn't change it they could only cancel the order. I paid with PayPal and they showed the correct order. This is the second time they have screwed up and they won't get the chance for a third!
Car parts refused to accept my return of TWO cores for a starter and an alternator, because I was beyond their 60 day "return" policy, even though I bought remanufactured parts that depend on the recycling cores, they would make no exceptions. The only advantage of this website is they will often have those "hard to find" items you don't want to order from the dealer. Just make sure you don't buy things in bulk and plan on working on them over a few months, because you're boned and they will happily pocket those core charges. I recommend FCPEURO as my first choice, then American Trucks if your car is domestic.

This is the 2nd. Time I've done business with CarParts.com and am very pleased. I typed in what I needed and it came up with a great price and was at my home in less than a week. Even when the computer wasn't cooperating the phone service was excellent.
I order 2 parts for my car and assumed they would come as one order. When I received only one part, I contacted them and they were quick to respond, letting me know the 2 parts were shipped separately and I would receive the 2nd part that very day. I was not able to check the part and I could not proceed with the work. Due to the problems and then I go to open the box They did not even check to see if it was the correct part that they were sending to me.
