I was supposed to receive my part on July 8th. I got charged 35 dollars to be shipped through fedex but today on July 10th have not received anything. I tried calling customer service waited 45 minutes and when I finally was next in line to talk to someone I got disconnected. The tracking number dos not show when I should receive the part... this company sucks
Within half an hour from ordering a part from carparts.com, I called and canceled my order because I found both lights I needed at rock auto for way less money and way cheaper shipping. THREE days later I get a text from carparts.com saying my package was on way. So i called and was told that my cancelation was not Approved?! WTF? I'm not a child I am the customer what do you mean not approved?Approved? I'm the customer if I don't want it I don't want it. They are just holding my money as long as possible that's all there is to that! Really upset me. Now I have to wait till Thursday for the package to arrive( by the way rock auto order placed after carparts.com is here) And again the shipping was half! Then I have to drive package to a fed ex costing additional money at 4.00 per gallon. And wait God knows how long for refund. Please check Rock Auto before ordering from carparts.com. Save yourself time AND money.
The tracking experience is lacking only reason not 5 stars but the customer service team really helped out and came through for me and made the experience so much better which is why the 4 stars. CPZ*******

Ordered parts from this website numerous times they give u a date when ur order should be arriving then when the day your suppose to recieve the order they send u a email saying order delay this company sucks they need to go back to the old owners an company autopartswarehouse never had a problem then now since this carparts company took over this site has gone so far down

As soon as I completed my order I received an offer from Norton Anti-Virus about a free offer to "protect my order". I continued to receive marketing emails from Norton.
I don't appreciate my information being sold to third parties, especially after I just gave a company my business.
I purchased an ignition lock cylinder with keys for a truck I bought that, after installing it, I learned requires transponder keys. I left a review stating that the part arrived in a timely manner but after installation wouldn't start my truck. After some online research I learned why it didn't work. I didn't bother requesting a refund. I thought that the affordable price made it worth the learning experience. I was later contacted by the customer advocate team advising me that a refund was approved and I need not return the item. It would be great if other online companies did business this way. This wasn't my first purchase from CarParts.com and it won't be the last.

Order a full set of Power Stop Brakes and rotors for my 2017 F250. Spent almost $1200 for the kit. Got the email it had delivered to my house so I got home and had 2 smaller boxes and 1 larger box. I opened the smaller boxes up and they had my 2 front rotors and brake pads for the front. I hurried it up and installed them and got the truck ready for the back Brakes. Opened the box up to find only 1 back rotor and no other rotor or Brakes in the box. I called the customer service and they said it would probably be another week before I will get my Brakes and 1 rotor to make up for what they missed. I asked them to rush ship and they said they couldn't because it can only ship ground. Well I am definitely not happy about it and will never use Car Parts.com again. When you have a shop and spend a lot of money on parts and the screw you over like this I will tell all my customers not to use them!

I ordered a front strut for my focus and they sent me a pulley for something. I called and wanted my part but they said it was out or stock before I even ordered it. They didn't try to contact me to tell me that, they sent a pulley instead. What kind of place does this. Since people have to pay for shipping you should find a better way besides regular mail. This came from Illinois and I get mail from Texas and illinois in three days. And you should show delivery date before purchasing I could've had this knock sensor in three days and half price from Amazon, it just wasn't an OEM part but still charging me 5 dollars to put a 1inch part in a envelope and regular mail and taking 5 days... never again will I order from you and if my friends ask about your services I would say Don't

I ordered a small sensor. Order it on the 18th of July. Followed the tracking. Never got it. Never came in the mail. But for some reason a return was processed! July 29thThey sent me three emails confirming my return. I never requested a return. They refunded me they say. But I paid 6.99 in shipping and aren't complicating for that? The whole thing is a joke. This company is untrustworthy I advise others to not order from this online company. This year 2020!

I ordered and paid $500 for a bumper and front grille for cadillac srx. Have not received and after calling multiple times have been given different answers.
I received a bumper and light cover for a Ford. I was told that they would conduct an investigation.
They have not refunded my $500 nor have replaced the parts and I am stuck with parts that don't belong to me. They have not attempted to have someone pick up those other parts eithe.
