Said would receive in 4 days. 3 weeks later after 4 hours of phone calls promised to 2nd day ship, 2 more days no tracking info. Called again went to chat and Yan said order was cancelled because part was unavailable. Called order line and they said part is in stock and no idea why is was canceled. Customer service is a joke, call dropped 4 times at 45 min of holding.
To everyone saying carparts.com are "quality" no they arnt. Their made in China bro. These are bot ahh people making unaccurate reviews. I had bought from this website in the past. An EGR valve, and a Shift Solenoid for my 2000 Coupe Accord in beginning 2023. They both came on time but the parts were defective. Definitely do not recommend ordering any part from them that has to do with electrical circuits or components. Your better off buying something cosmetic from this website. If you get lucky with an electrical car part, that actually functions the right way, than you got lucky. Other than that, don't say I didn't warn you. They wouldn't shoot me a refund. So that means bad business 😬📉

I had ordered this EGR vavle & Shift Solenoid from them. I got the parts on time. But they were defective as hell. The EGR vavle kept making my Honda surge and giving it high rpms. The Shift Solenoid kept causing the D4 light to flash everytime my car would try upshifting. After, I had bought and replaced those parts with OEM parts. & and guess what? It fixed the problem. So moral of the story. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELETRICAL FROM THIS PLACE. UNLESS IT IS COSMETICS LIKE BUMPERS AND FENDERS. SAVE YOURSELF THE DAM MONEY. JUST GO BIG AND BUY OEM. Bobi Phett...out
After the first part (honda minivan passenger mirror) did not fit correctly customer service contacted me and offered to send a new part free of charge. The new part fit perfectly! It's as if the broken mirror never happened. Customer service was outstanding. Super impressed.

I placed my order October 13 th in the morning, well within the time frame, for Saturday delivery, I wasn't given a shipping choice, and if I had been given one it sure has hell wouldn't have been fedex smart post! It would have been UPS! Now I don't have my order and I have to wait a week for a refund! Nice not in a good way either! Caution! First time to repair my car and of course I had to purchase from a company that couldn't ship me everything I ordered. I ordered struts/shocks and brake rotors/pads. Unfortunately I received 3 rear rotors and 1 front rotor. Sadly one of these incorrect rotors was labeled as a front rotor on the box. Since I used the 1 front rotor and purchased another one from Autozone I couldn't return since the pair wasn't complete. Im sorry I couldnt wait the additional 1-2 weeks. You cannot trust their inventory. Open the items up immediately and make sure your getting what you actually ordered. I did receive a refund however it only covered half of the cost I spent at Autozone. Do not trust their labeling. Good luck and Beware!

Got the part fast. Fine. But when it came to getting the refund they lied, said it'll be 5 days 7,10. Its day 12. And they are giving run around on refund for over $110. This is the biggest theft company. The part that came had right lart serial. Wouldn't connect. It's an aps. I've worked on cars for 20 years. I know how to install a acceleration petal. Smh.

Haven't received the parts as of yet. Spoke to a rep and was told that if the order was placed by 1pm that day (Wednesday) that I would receive it by that Saturday. Called when I didn't get it Saturday and was told it hadn't left the warehouse despite it being marked shipped. Here it is Sunday and it still hasn't arrived at the local Fed Ex center for delivery. I guess I will order from Rock Auto in the future.

This site has good prices on parts and generally send correct parts as long as you can wait for days to receive the parts even when you pay the outragous expedited shipping cost next time I will pay more for parts to get them in reasonable time
I really don't think this is a bad company they had good customer service but they sent me the wrong part and I had to pay for the shipping and Handling. And postage both ways. If you send somebody the wrong part they shouldn't have to pay for the shipping to return it I just feel that it was unfair. Had that not happened I would be thinking differently about this company. This was my first time buying from them not a good experience.
Shipment was delayed and parts received after a week later than promised shipment date. Also parts were very carelessly packaged and Box the parts shipped received in bad shape, Opened the box and found that parts are damaged. Applied for RMA online, to issue RMA wait time is 72hours. Called customer service, their automated system says 15sec wait time, I had been waiting for more than 30min to have some one answer my call. Worst customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star rating.

I ordered a matching set of headlights for our Nissan. I received an email that day saying my order had shipped. Then two days later i received an email saying my refund had been approved? I had no idea what they were talking about. They refunded me the price of one headlight and sent the other one to me. When I called to asked them to call me and talk about the problem they emailed me again and said they had sent me a parts shortage notice on the day they refunded my money for the one light and that I should wait 2 to 3 weeks and try to reorder the other light! They should have never sent me one light when I ordered a set without getting in touch with me first. And its been 3 days now and they still haven't gotten back to me with an (RMA) so I can send this one back and get a refund to order a set from a reliable company. Terrible service!
I spoke with benjaman on phone and ordered a crankshaft sensor. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable with my order. He even gave me a slight discount so I could use my debit gift card. I will definitely order parts from your company from now on.
I ordered a part on May 28th, 2020 and today June 12th, 2020 I am still waiting for my part and on my account the item status still says processing. I called to speak with customer service and I was informed that my wait time was 42 minutes. It's very miss leading when your confirmation email says, "Arriving on Mon, Jun 01,2020" then trying to get in touch with anyone seems challenging.
The website is unclear and arguably deceptive when trying to fit a part to a specific vehicle. Dont assume the parts it generates after youve entered your vehicle info will actually fit. You have to go to the second page of the part and down to the very bottom of the page in order to find out if part will actually fit despite the fact that the site already generated a list of parts for your vehicle. This way you have to pay for return shipping
I received an ordered replacement tailgate that I ordered my boyfriend for his Dodge truck for Christmas and when I received it it had several dents and scrapes on it it was not packaged very well for shipping but when I contacted carparts.com with my issue they were very prompt with a response and gave me 3 options of resolution they were very professional in how they handled my issue I chose to have part of my money refunded instead of sending it back because we are going to do a tailgate wrap on it that should camouflage the dents that were in it they were very prompt in refunding my money I have ordered from them numerous times and will continue to order from them, they are a great company to deal with

Ordered turn signal relay on October 19th. Took almost a week to arrive even though I had to pay for shipping. Installed the part October 26th. Spent two weeks out of state in November due to a death in the family. The part shorted out yesterday, leaving hazard lights permanently on, making the blinkers inoperable. Now I'm without blinkers and have to order it from a more reputable company while I wait for shipping. No communication back from company about what they would do to remedy situation after I emailed customer service. Save yourself the money and buy parts from a real company.
I ordered my fuel pump on Nov 5th I paid for shipping & it said it would be delivered on the 8th. Well today is the 10th end of the day and I still have not received my part. I can't get in contact with any representative. I'm starting to believe I've been scammed. I have no idea if I'll ever receive my product at this point I just want my money back. I'm going to buy my parts else where.

Fast shipping is great if the correct part is shipped. Be careful with the vehicle/part match selector. I got the wrong brake kit, and five (5) days after requesting an RMA still no progress on my return. Today I tried to just repurchase the correct part in good faith. However the site is now not working. I should have just ordered from Amazon, and saved the shipping cost. Lesson learned.
