My order was late, so I called GLS. They don't know where my package is. I called Carparts.com, they don't know where my package is either. They use GLS shipping and tracking system that list all false information and misleading!

Their Web description and their parts are not the same they sent me 2 different parts and now they're not sending me my money back they're still in money from people they're given out different parts than what their Web description desgribes do not order from these $#*!ing people they are $#*!ing losers

Ordered front sway bar bushings for a 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Description stated they fit the front but turns out they were for the rear only. Phillip in customer service took the time to address the situation that ended in an acceptable conclusion. Overall great customer service.

I recently wrote a critical review on a gear shift actuator I purchased for my 1996 GMC jimmy. I didn't leave the review requesting a refund on a faulted part, just my complaint on the quality of the part.
Carparts.com contacted me immediately informing me of a refund coming my way, WOW... they stand behind the product they provide... gotta long term customer now!
I wish all company's had this level of customer service. Made my week... onto more repairs

Disappointed

The part I ordered did not fit my car. They approved the return but I had to pay the return shipping. They lost a customer. Since they have a guarantee fit policy they should email a return label covering shipping.

Was not able to change shipping address. I put the address that I wanted shipped to, when I checked out it changed shipping address to my mailing address. Call to get it corrected said that could not changed shipping address it was just submitted. Not happy with services

It was my first time ordering from them. Delivery wasn't super bad even though there was a slight delay. I received the part and when I open the box I realized they sent me the wrong side mirror. Like it's not even from the same car that I own. And to top it off it was the wrong side as well. I'm not understanding. Y'all have the order which specifies what I'm ordering, the part and the vehicle. So how on earth do I get a totally different car part? I requested to have the part return and replace with the correct part. Let's see how long this is going to take.

Wrong Parts

I sent them an email that simply said, You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. I had to reinstall some old parts, when doing a brake job because I have only one car and had to finish the job. Sent them a second email and four days later still have not heard from them. There shipping was slow.

I ordered a front drive shaft for my wife's car on Saturday was told the drive shaft would be here on Monday. Then when I finally got the tracking information it said Tuesday a day after that it said delivery would be Wednesday or Thursday. When I went to go look at my tracking information it said it hadn't even been loaded on the truck yet. I contacted the company and was told that I could cancel the order but then when I did not get my cancellation confirmation I called back and they said oh no too late to cancel it's already been loaded on the truck I informed them that my tracking information had not changed and it still had not been loaded on The courier truck. I would really be skeptical about the five-star reviews on here. The one star that I am giving and that others have given seems a whole lot more realistic and a lot more in line with what I experience with this company. First order and last order, never again!

I ordered transmission parts.The first time and they sent me wrong parts. I was satisfied with the return. The second time they sent me the Radiator and debated with me on the car that it was the right radiator when the lines were missing for the transmission hook ups. And then said that they can get me another radiator at a higher price that would fit the car which was horrible and that was your best discount they can give me when AutoZone beat them clearly from their price and I'm able to look at the product when I buy it at AutoZone before I do the full purchase or they give me a return on site and do not have a car to return the old radiator back to car parts to take it down to FedEx and they're demanding that I do that to get a refund when it was their mistake bad customer service

I was skeptical because of the low prices but don't let that fool you! I ordered two front replacement hubs for my 2000 Dodge Dakota and they were delivered on time and the parts were NEW! I couldn't believe it! So today, I ordered my tie rods! As long as I continue to get NEW parts at this price, this is my parts store from now on! LOVE IT!

Screwed on Shipping

They send a shipping label for return, but do NOT tell you that said shipping is DEDUCTED from your return! Net profits of $21.8 million, but won't cover return shipping! They should take a lesson from Amazon! With them, I have NEVER paid return shipping, regardless of reason for return. I will not be purchasing from Carparts.com again!

I ordered a Headlamp Assembly and associated Corner Light for the driver*s side. It arrived at the body shop. The bulb in the Headlamp Assembly bulb did not work. The body shop replaced that piece. I let Car Parts know that and Shen S. Was kind enough to credit my DiscoverCard $5.00. I was told that it would take 24 - 48 hours and it was processed inside of 30 minutes. GOOD JOB!

Ordered some replacement air springs. I got emails indicating a delivery date. I got a call from FedEx on the second delivery date indicating they needed a signature(I was not in the office for 2 days) and they had made 3 attempts to deliver, so I could either get it delivered to a Wahlgreen's(wth?) or I could drive to a town an hour away and pick it up at FedEx. I told them I wasn't interested in either option. I contacted CarParts, who said the parts were being returned to them, and a credit would be issued upon return and my order was canceled. I did not choose the shipper, I did not make a selection indicating a signature needed to be obtained. What surprised me was CarParts made no attempt at the point to take care of the order or pay any attention to customer satisfaction.
