I've had multiple parts ordered from this company. I've had a few damaged parts come in and they gave me a refund without hassle or they promptly sent out a replacement part. I'd 100% order from this company.
I needed a hub bearing for my truck. All the auto part chain stores was out of my price range and didn't think I could replace it yet. Then I seen the Carparts price. I really thought it was a mistake. So I researched the part on their website, which was easy to use. The part was correctly priced but was still skeptical due to low price. I ordered it, and it arrived on time. Wasn't damaged, worn, broken, used, nothing appeared out of the ordinary. I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.
I received incorrect part. Took 8 emails before i got my return order number. Returned part and have sent them 10 emails all of which do not go thru. I have confirmation they received part. Its been 5 weeks now and still no refund. This company is a complete rip off. BUYER BEWARE. They can send you 2 emails per day trying to sell you stuff, but you cannot get email to go thru. I have called them about 20 times and you just wait on hold with there dumb music, no answer and then your call gets dropped. Called and spoke to someone in sales and was very rude and transferred me to customer service who again did not answer. They are a rip off. I will be handing the matter over to my lawyer and will report them to BBB. Again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
On your website the OEM part number for my car and was the part number I purchased - but before checkout it kept saying was wrong part for my car. Then, when I sent my order, I was never told delivery schedule. Please fix this.
After receiving this Hood I took it to the body shop to have it installed, when we opened the box that it was in, we found that the Hood was bent on the sides, The ends were curled up, also there were dents in the middle of the hood. I am thing to sent it back for a refund

Ordering the parts was the easy part. Then I wasn't warned on the shipping page that if the estimated shipping date is a weekend you won't get until Monday. Then when Monday comes around I find out that the order didn't save my unit number so I call FedEx to get my address changed well I couldnt do that. So I call carparts.com only to get an out of country person named "John" who told me since you guys messed up it will be 16$ to change the address. So apperntly it cost 16$ for you to enter a username and password on fedex website to change an address thats just wrong. So I said cancel the order, the rep then says please hold while I ask my manager if he can waive it, to which they do because I know you would have bite the shipping to return and restock it.

I ordered a tail light. They stated that FedEx returned the order as undeliverable. I spoke to Carparts customer service and they assured me they corrected it and reshipped. I waited 5 days then received an e-mail saying they were refunding the money. I was not offered a discount or anything for the troubles. I appreciate the site but I was never contacted to be informed my order was cancelled until a week later.
I called to check on availability of a part that I had already researched to determine it was the correct part. This first lady asked for the year, make, and model of my vehicle even though I had given her the part number I wanted. She couldn't answer about inventory so I was transferred to another employee. The first thing he asked after I inquired about inventory of the part number was the year, make, model, and submodel of my vehicle! I had to get firm and repeat my request for availability and he just said "It shows that I have that item in stock". He didn't call down or physically go to check if it was on the shelf (like many other online parts dealers have done). Very minimal customer service.
Ordered 2 rear struts for my car. When they arrived they were in 2 different types of boxes and the struts were the same size but different.
One of the boxes was ripped open and was missing the nuts to mount it.
Sending them back.

Placed and order and FedEx delivered it and left it outside my gated fence and it was stolen called carparts and was advise nothing can be done because it was delivered. Even though I clearly have a sign stating to throw my packages over my fence. Im out $$ and no parts never will I order from carparts that cannot do nothing about a package that was delivered outside my gated fence and not my fault but fedex.

I had to purchase a front bumper cover for my 1997 Camaro RS. I searched online and found several vendors. First of all, CarParts had the best price and a high business rating. Since the shipment was going to be bulky and big, I assumed it would take 3 weeks before I receive the parts. I ordered the front bumper cover on October 12 and received the bumper on October 19. It came in the nice cardboard box and inside the box, the bumper cover was wrapped nicely with plastic sheet. I have not installed the bumper cover but it appears that the bumper cover will fit OK.
Good price, prompt shipping, and excellent packaging show how well the business operates. I will order more from this point on. Thank you!

CarParts sent me a Free Shipping code for me to use on my order. But when I tried to use the code when checking out their online system declined the code. And when I contacted their customer service department about this they told me that they did not have free shipping. They are a ripoff. I then ordered my part through Amazon and got free shipping.
